I went to Jaycar Kenwick with a couple of my friends as we needed help with an assessment. We were expecting to just get the parts we needed for our projects but Josh exceeded and surpassed our expectations with the help that he provided. He went above and beyond to solve our tech issues and did an exceptional job with his customer service. Everytune I go to Jaycar for assistance with anything electrical, whether it's cables, wiring, modems, or any other thing I can't think of right now, not only am I met with friendly professional service, but the guys there really know their stuff! Today I had had enough nonsense from a bigger telecom Company. I then went to jaycar for help and they helped me and made sure everything was understood by myself before I left. I am always treat respectfully and they're great and having a giggle too. Thanks so much today Jaycar, Nathan and team (there's even a guy that looks like the Metallica bass guitarist)

Have used this Jaycar store for years and never had a drama, but today Brett went above and beyond to help me sought out a problem with my Solar blanket which wasn’t of Jaycars making, exceptional customer service and knowledge a lot of stores could learn from these guys would give more stars if I could lol

Great customer service! The young man (operator 7381) that served us was super helpful, answered all our questions and made great suggestions for products we needed.

I have been going to Jaycar Electronics Maddington on and for 10 years.
I have been very impressed and never disappointed with the friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge that all the staff show whenever I need something or just ask for help.
If they haven't got it they will redirect me to where I can get the product, looking on the internet and giving me the company name in Perth or the overseas web address.
Good on you guys!

Great service the best bought some LEDs, toy battery charger, wire, plugs and sockets Jacob was fantastic sorted everything out nothing was too much trouble he even used catalogues to find the right components and knows where everything is in the shop very knowledgeable good quality and great prices highly recommended

Went in to get one item, came out with lots of great advice. Great customer service. Nathan is great to talk to if you want to know more about 3D printing, so many tips to avoid errors you'd make without such knowledge. Awesome place.

I rocked up to this Jaycar store only 10 minutes before they were due to close.

Brandon - the legend who served me was still more than happy to assist me, despite getting ready to close the store.

He even showed me an awesome section of clearance items and patiently waited for me to finish browsing.

Excellent electronics store with wide variety of products - components, (diodes, transistors, ICs, etc) kits, prebuilt assemblies (such as voltage regulators, programmable timers,) to go in projects. Batteries, solar equipment, cables, coax, USB items, alarms, weighscales, tools, WiFi extenders, antennas... See their extensive catalog for full range.
The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I've always found what I needed there

Best electronics shop out there. All the parts and bits and tools and gadgets and everything else you will ever need for projects, hobbies, car or house.

These guys really know their stuff! I went in looking to 'up' the power on my E-Stim power pack - it was a simple self oscillating transistor and high winding ratio setup, but it was all pretty poorly made. These guys showed me how to use a Villard cascade and a well isolated transformer to really get the voltage up! 10,000V baby! Now my nips get a real buzz, even when I am wearing my wooliest sweater!

I only wish the tech heads at our IT department were as on the ball. I keep having issues with my Gmail, I think it might have been hacked!
