These generic hair loss clinics are operated by charlatans. They do not care about your hair loss only taking your hard earned money knowing there will be little to no results with their treatments. Do your research and go to a reputable Trichologist that has studied hair science, not these generic clinics selling one size fit's all "packages". Look at Choice Magazine's article on these types of Hair Clinics.

As a woman that would have underlying reasons experiencing hair loss, blood works should be requested at the initial consult. This doesn't happen. Most causes of female hair loss is attributed to underlying conditions often seen in blood works.

These hair loss generic clinics do not care about why you are experiencing hair loss. They have a one size fits all with their products and chemicals and have dodgy GP's on hand to write prescriptions to gain a quick "buck". Most of what they sell can be obtained at a much cheaper cost with a little research.

Don't listen to the owner's response if he does make a comment here. It is misleading and untrue. Any positive reviews on here can easily be requested by friends/acquaintances. The critical reviews like this are from unfortunately.real customers. Also their Wangara clinic closed down a while ago, I wonder why?

The previous other owner/partner now runs Boss Clinic also in Subiaco, check out their website, very similar in marketing - beware stay away. These people have no qualifications in hair loss. Fortunately the ACCC has confirmed that consumer complaints relating to these types of Hair Loss Clinics have slightly declined. Perhaps us as consumers with research at our finger tips, have become more knowledgeable and thus less gullible.

Can thoroughly recommend Innovative. Had very good results with hair thickening in the target area. Excellent care and follow through too and the studio is always welcoming and nicely set up.

Not much regrowth after an 18 month programme. Think twice before you outlay hundreds of dollars. And yes I have had many poor experiences (33) from businesses who offer poor products or service. Too late for compensation now.

At first I was skeptical about laser treatment for my hair loss from alopeci. Though after only 6 weeks of treatment I’ve had a heap of regrowth, and am on my way to having all of my hair back again!

Regrow your bank balance. Staff were lovely, AT FIRST, once the money was paid, service and call back were lacking for a product "package" that costs 1000's and 1000's of dollars that did not work at all. A package that also involves purchasing extra medications outside the package seemed unfair. Simple basic checks were not advised, so for us, about 4k thrown away, money back guarantee -ignored, sometimes, the treatment does not work. Reading return response, backing up the team is great, they were lovely, but you are missing the point, it is not working, month 7, it is as simple as that and your defensive non-compassionate tone is not helping.

Staff was very friendly, great relationship with one consultant named Shaenie who regularly calls to check in see how I'm going.

After some initial trial and error with medication that didnt agree with me due to past stomach issues that I struggle taking any capsule, found a positive solution with topical only treatments that now has me on the right track and am starting to see results.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE, I've had such an expensive experience thats ended in no hair regrowth and just more loss. They push you into these very expensive packages, from $2000 to $5000 plus with allures of monthly specials. MANY medications are bought at $400 each which are NOT included in your multi thousand dollar package and can be bought from other pharmacys for $40. You go in for laser therapy only to be cut off because your package only offered 10 sessions, even if you payed $3000. I was owed medications and told that I didn't have them in my package only to fight with them and eventually get it given when someone reads my file. Ive had to pay for shipping twice when they made me pick it up in store and asked for a refund but only one was given, further emails were ignored. Ive asked for a refund of my whole package as it says "no hair regrowth, money back guaranteed" and I've just had further hair loss. After emailing I've had 1 vague email rom them stating nothing directly in reply to my asking for a refund, over the course of 2 weeks. All further communications have been ignored. They were VERY quick to reply in the beginning when I was thinking of joining their program.
They've also not diagnosed my condition, I've had to go to other clinics fro blood tests, for compounding medications and everything else.

Please don't go here, try another clinic, a dermatologist or just something else.

This company and it's pharmacy goons who provide the medication are such a mafia gouging organiation. The medication that you buy through them that costs in excess of $200, can be easily obtained at a fraction of the cost for $70 through any compounding Pharmacy, which is exactly the same product and the amount of capsules. Also you can request to have a higher dose, absolutely free.
Worried about a getting a prescription, forget their crony doctor who charges $50 plus, when you can go to a bulk billing doctor who'll too gladly write a prescription. Just bring your old bottle.

So stop being robbed blindly and bypass these criminals. Firstly you'll be saving a fortune and secondly you'll put the criminal enterprise out of business!
