Since they changed management/ ownership the staff service and quality/ range of products has gone down hill

The staff there, especially the all the chemist, do an excellent job.
Its a shame they are not backed up by the company web which has been redone after nearly 9 month offline and still falls short on many aspects compared to the major competitor. Despite this I still support them because of the great Innaloo staff service.
