Staff member on today seemed kinda snappy and as if helping out was a burden when I needed help finding a product. Pricing wasn’t bad though.

A very professional stuff, providing in depth medical infirmation as required.
Frendly atmosferę with a good setsp space wise with plenty of room for costumers. It is probably the best chamist I ever attended. Long term costumer.
Highly recomended.

I’m very impressed with the help I get from the chemist Bal.
He helps me with the best brand supplements and will point out a cheaper product if it just as good. Very pleasant place to shop and given good advice.

Pharmacist Harry and Bal are super helpful and always provided all necessary information regarding my medications. The shop has everything from kitchenware to general household goods and
some of the items eg toilet rolls are the cheapest in town.

I highly recommend Innaloo Discount Drug Store. I have been going to the pharmacy for many years with Harry and Bal always making themselves available to assist me with my various medications and answer all my questions.
Even when they are busy, they take the time to ensure you fully understand what you are taking. I have found all the staff to be very caring, friendly, and always greet me with a smile.
I am fortunate to have Harry and Bal as my pharmacists and feel secure that with their knowledge and professionalism the health of our family is at the forefront of their service.

Disgraceful conduct. The pharmacist Harry, showed my daughters script to other customers in the chemist, when I asked why a medication, that I waited over an hour for, was not dispensed.
He said it hadn't printed correctly, but did not tell me, just omitted the medication, essential for my daughters health. When I queried this, he proceeded to show other customers the script to prove his point, which was a breach of confidentiality, and he shouted at me. He said he was busy, and appeared very stressed.
As a result my daughter, a minor, collapsed outside thee chemist in distress.

I am now taking this matter to higher authority.

Love Harry and Bal, they are such great pharmacists and always taking such good care of me. Definitely recommend them for their wonderful service:)

Bal and Anne are excellent pharmacists the care and guidance they offered to me is unmatched, I highly recommend Inaloo discount drugstore to anyone.

Service was pleasant, but this is not a "discount" chemist as suggested by the name. We just paid $32.99 for a nutritional supplement (compared to $23.99 at Chemist Warehouse) and $42.50 for a prescription (maximum allowable PBS price, compared to $30.99 at Chemist Warehouse.

The pharmacy owner, Harrison, is a knowledgeable and compassionate pharmacist who believes in giving priority to his customers’ needs and delivering the best services possible to them. No matter how busy he is, he always wears a smile and patiently listens to customers to find out what they’re after. Most importantly, he runs his business with integrity. My family and I have benefitted from his sound advice on medical products that are value-for-money. Thanks so much, Harrison and team ️

Price gouging - KN95 disposable mask $6 each so they buy boxes of 100 then sell them individually for $6 each when chemist warehouse have them for $2 each unbelievable are they aware of the "discount" in their name?

I don't go to your pharmacy anymore. There are a lot of pharmacies that I can go to even if it's not yours.

I've been using this pharmacy for about even though there are about 5 others much closer. Staff here are very helpful. The pharmacists are the best.

Been going to this store for years since I work nearby, have never had a bad experience. Staff are always engaged and helpful with any requests.

I had bad experience this morning when I asked Chinese lady chemist for drugs (atacand, lercan). She did not say anything and we agree that I will pick them up in one hour. When I came she handed me generic brand of tablets I asked, because she knew I could not refuse to buy them. I am a traveler! I never use generic brands. So she did not let me know at the beginning she would sell me generic brand, and it left me very upset!

The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The prices are superb. My prescription medication is about 55%cheaper here than at my usual pharmacy.
