22I have just completed a cert 3 in warehousing operations the staff are very friendly and can help with all enquiries and the assessors are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help with any questions you have, I would highly recommend this institution to anyone looking to complete a cert 3 in warehousing, they also offer certificate's in community services and retail services, and business, again would highly recommend to anyone looking to broaden their qualifications.
I would definitely recommend IST for anyone wanting to gain extra skills to help with employment. I completed my Certificate 3 in Warehousing Operations course and also obtained my forklift license earlier this year. I am now currently employed and are using the skills I've learnt in a Warehouse My trainer Kaine Sutton was very professional, knowledgeable, funny and easy to get along with.
The administration staff are very professional and helpful. They organised my forklift license course and Certificate upon completion which I was very thankful for.
