IST is a good place as everyone here is very welcoming and helpful, my enrolment process was very good and easy and whatever questions i had they were answered for me

The courses are industry relevant and the lecturers are knowledgeable and assistive. Plus free pizza on Thursdays is a good incentive when you're broke.

Great Institution to study with. Friendly knowledgeable lecturers who are very willing to give extra assistance when needed. The admin staff are really nice and helpful too and, then theres pizza night! Oh Yeh! ;) what a generous bonus that is Well done IST.:)

Registration process was quick, easy and straightforward. They are also very informative and helpful if you any concerns or questions regarding the process

My son (19years) has completed a Cert III in Process Manufacturing with IST, he has been supported throughout and during his studies from start to finish.
Dion has encouraging Ben during his time on the course and has helped to arrange interviews for suitable jobs after completing. I have found Dion very easy to communicate with, have been kept up to date with progress and very quick to respond to any questions.
I would highly recommend IST for anyone looking to start or change their career.

Helpful and fun, the courses are easy to understand and the assessors make sure that they are easily approachable and you will understand the work and that you will pass and be comfortable in your knowledge of the area of work you are heading into.

I found the process of obtaining my qualification with this RTO to be professional and comprehensive. Thanks very much to trainers Keith Sutton and Gil Deane for sharing their years of expertise with me. My deepest thanks to the reception and admin staff who made my journey that much more bearable by being organized, diligent, and on top of your game.

I have just completed a cert 111 in warehousing operations course.
I found it a very informative course.
Paul Green the trainer was so helpful and explained in easy to understand
language and terminology.

Just finished my cert 3 in wearhousing operations 2 weeks ago with trainer Paul. Absoluty an amzing place to go to, from day one paul helped me with my needs as i am autistic and have many processing disorders and menatl disabilities, disorders and illnesses. He would make sure i got as much assistant as possible, more assiatnce would have been great but he has a lot of other students in the class as well and another class on top of that as well so i was greatful of what i could get. I also love thet everything is open book and you cant fail any books as the trainer will give the tests back to you with the questiona you need to redo and will keep giving it back until you get it right and he also will sit and help you get the answer if you are struggling, The staff there are great and freindly, would recommend this place 110%% especially paul. It was an amzing 15 weeks and i was sad to leave. If you are considering cert 3 in wearhousing i reccomend you do it here.
