Lots of different things you never thought you might need, well priced food and lots of parking.
Unfortunately you cannot use the toilets in the displays: (

My first time shopping at ikea and i was instantly in a daze inspired with the set up of the displays.
We even ate at the food hall which was reasonably cheap.

Item was not delivered. Contacted online support two times before receiving a response. Finally got a reply advising I would be contacted for a refund in 24-72 hours. A week passed, and I still heard nothing even though I have sent follow up correspondence. It has now been over a month since the initial order has been placed. Disappointing.

Great selection, but the maze like interior means you'll be spending a lot of time if you don't know what you are looking for. Food is great for how cheap it is.

Customers service shocking. Purchase lighting fixtures online took four weeks to get to butler with on missing then spent twenty five minates on hold when I called to say they would refund the missing product no sorry and they would refund within 48 hours never called back. Ended up calling down to innaloo to get a refund and the staff weren't too sympathetic either. Pathetic really.

Worst customer service! Been on call for over an hour. And midway between resolving my issue, she placed me on hold for 20 min which later got disconnected.

Went to the Halloween night at Ikea yesterday and it was quite a pleasant experience! A great effort Ikea for turning the place into a fun environment for the kids, and "bigger" kids too.

Swedish inspired, cookie cutter, self assemble furniture. Has on site kids play area so you can shop in relative peace. Food court and cafe to keep you fuelled up to keep a shopping!

It was busy and James at the area where you collect all your stuff said i absolutely did not need a tool box, because all the tools were included. Clearly James was wrong.he is on my bad boys list of names to Santa this year

Love it. I could spend hours just to look at things and happen to buy stuff every time. I never fail to look at the As Is section and found good bargains there

Terrible service at the cafe/restaurant tonight. Pasta was old and there wasn’t any ‘ragout’ to speak of. Checkout counter lady was the only redeeming factor. What happened? Monday night?

I feel IKEA at Perth becoming more like Myers where staff are not helpful and dismissive. Called 9201 4532 today. First time got hanged up, didn't realise it opens after 9 am and I called just before 9 am. Second time at 9.06 am was put on hold for 16 minutes with the most annoying music and I hanged up.

It was a complete waste of time! Only rubbish on special and you drive around for ages to find a car spot only to find a few scattered specials that aren't worth it! Save your money and time.disappointed in you IKEA!
