IKEA reviews
73 Ikea has great range of home furniture and accessories. From living room, to bathrooms, kitchen kit to cookware.
When your done shopping there's delicious and affordable food to be enjoyed with the family.
This company is an absolute joke. $300 for a couple of billy bookcases to be delivered to Rockingham. They charge extra to drop it off inside your front door! Staff all young casuals - so really do not have a clue, get a different answer from each person you speak to - should have taken that as a sign and walked out - but its my fault, I stupidly proceeded with order!
Now forced to sit around all day.no updates.finally get message at midday, telling me they are only getting my order ready now, did not even put it on the truck. Then get message it is on the truck - but does not say it is on its way!
Contact Transport company, unable to locate job, cannot even tell me if the truck has left Ikea.
Sat on hold with Ikea for over 50 minutes before finally spoke to a human from a call center in New Zealand! Only to have them put me back on hold for another 10 minutes and then come back and tell me they cannot contact the driver or Perth either so unable to tell me if the app is wrong or if the truck is still being loaded up at Ikea - never have I experience such bad customer service.
My time is worth much more than any little bit of money I may have saved from buying from them.
Never again, this is the last time I ever deal with Ikea!
Hate the fact there is no nice living room furniture no nice enclosed white display cabinets like you used to have. Things have gone downhill. Will shop elsewhere
I love ikea. You could spend a whole day here though, even if you just wanted a storage container - it's a maze.
Thank you IKEA (Perth). You guys are the best. I received quotes which were 3 - 4 times what Ikea costed me. Fully satisfied. They are really good with their return policy as well.
Purchased an expensive cupboard, renting and can't attach to wall. They told the assembler to dismantle. Never again will I shop at IKEA go elsewhere. Purchased a nice couple of Cupboards not problems at another furniture store. Stay away from IKEA. Over priced, customer service is null and void.
As the Swedish soccer great Zlatan Ibrahimović said, "Rich people don't buy furniture from IKEA but Intelligent people do. " I agree and would add that genius shoppers go to IKEA when there are big sales:) Last night my wife mentioned a 50% off sale in the kitchen section, so we raced to the store, eager to find great discounted items. The so-called "sale" was lackluster at best, with only a smattering of items actually discounted. This was no temptation zone - even impulse shoppers would walk away empty-handed. As sales go, I think this one was a total dud.
Luckily the IKEA restaurant saved the evening. We sat down for a quick meal (there was a 20-minute line to order because a single section of the counter was available). The crispy salad was fresh and tasty, with lots of vegetables and crunchy tomatoes. But the highlight was the strawberry mousse - it was light, creamy and had a nice subtle strawberry flavor. While the rest of the food was fine, those two dishes were excellent. Next time I'm disappointed by the sales or not, at least I can count on enjoying a delicious crispy salad and strawberry mousse. The tasty food alone makes it worth the trip - no brilliance required.
Ikea sale 3*
Ikea restaurant 4*
I don't like to complain but i have just spent nearly 3 weeks asking for a delivery wth staff promising call backs but they never happened. After 3 weeks one item was ordered but trying to get the other was impossible.
(had to go elsewhere) Worst experience i have had.
IKEA’s warranty and returns process is much nicer than other furniture stores… sure you shouldn’t need to use it; but when you do - it’s amaze.
Also like going there for the food hall
Love IKEA great products at fabulous prices. I was served by a trainee called Sylvia received great service with a smile. You could tell she loved her job.
It's disappointing that country WA customers can no longer have goods delivered to accessible pick up points in major regional centres. I have previously bought furniture items from Ikea with delivery cost around $20 to Busselton or Bunbury. Delivery of my recent purchase (a cabinet to match my desk which is soon to be discontinued at Ikea) cost $50 to the business premises of a very kind aquaintance in Bayswater about 15 mins from Ikea at Innaloo. I now have to figure out how to get it to Margaret River without re-mortgaging my home.
This used to be my favourite place to shop. Now it has few things I can afford. Always too busy and a bit over priced
After going through the planning of a big kitchen and making an appointment to buy it. To be told it has to be delivered the next day and most of the doors and drawer fronts are not in stock and that we have to make the trip each time something comes in to pick up in person as they will not hold. Such a lack of service. There is not one company that would do this.
It's like Willie Wonka on steroids, jagged a beautiful lady whose product knowledge and delivery knowledge are a credit to her organisation.
Just gotta love Ikea
just amazing showrooms and lots of ideas.
Had lunch there also.yummy
$5 fee for a click and collect order. Ridiculous. Telephone system recordings need updating as Greater Sydney is no longer in locldown so that cannot be used as an excuse for really poor phone service.
Rahul in the Loading area was extremely helpful while I bought As Is product to load in my car. Great customer service
Have been trying to contact IKEA store in Pert now for last 24 hours have been put on hold for so long so many times their customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across. Ordered something to be sent to me in the country they send me a text for click and collect 400 km away. Don’t think so pick up the phone and return the bloody call.
O
It's what you'd expect of IKEA. Click and collect and exchange/returns are at the lifts where people exit.
Pro tip: to get to the exchanges/returns, only the lift closer to the "Entrance" of IKEA goes up. You will have to wait for someone upstairs to request the lift if you use the other one.
This is one shop that really to go though it you must be very fit and healthy or they must be put benches for the unfit to sit on to rest and you will see they will spend more as there is so much to look at and to pick from one of my favourite shops to shop at.
