I found the whole experience of getting my new hearing aids to be very pleasant.
Dr Raza Hashimi tested my hearing and then explained the deficiencies that were present in my hearing range. He suggested that hearing aids would help me when I am trying to communicate with others whilst being subjected to background noise. My hearing aids were ordered, fitted and adjusted to suit my needs. A follow up visit confirm that all was well was then made.
Dr Raza is a very personable young man who clearly explained to me the issues involved with my hearing and its correction. Chris, the receptionist at Applecross, was also very helpful.
