Went there because one of my aids had stopped working. Problem was addressed efficiently and quickly.

The hearing test was extremely thorough and everything was explained throughout. Would certainly recommend.

Initially my appointment was made at the incorrect clinic which was upsetting but Kylie at Risley Street clinic quickly moved to correct this and understanding my lack of transport offered to collect and return me for the next day’s appointment. Excellent service! Professional and thorough throughout the whole process of testing, purchase of hearing aids and yearly checkups. Very pleasant, helpful and approachable receptionist.

Reception was pleasant, filled in appropriate paperwork, and was seen thereafter for my hearing test. Audiologist was very polite, and explained things in detail. The test didnt take long, and the results explained to me after. I would return.
