Hungry Jack's Burgers Redcliffe

I have just moved into the area I have been to this hungry Jack's 3 times now, 2 of the times the staff have been extremely rude and totally incompetent and getting my order wrong every time I go there, yes the staff are young and don't care about anyone else but themselves but I can I see that the management could not run a chook raffle and doesn't have any business running a restaurant.

Really friendly staff. Had a delayed flight around the corner first thing in the morning and they stepped up when 10 of us rocked up at 630am.

Service was good. Coffee was nice but the new bacon and egg roll is horrible. The tomato sauce doesn't compliment it and it tastes dry with too much bread.

This place used to be amazing quality but over the last year it's really lost almost all its quality. The burgers are usually made wrong or just cold food, stuff you pay extra for you don't even get, they will take your money then walk away and ignore you rather than make your order, recently they put in a cafe machine but have trained none of the staff how to use it so all my hot chocolates like bitter soap water. It's a shame how far this place has fallen

Have been twice now and had a big wait time, once dining in, once drive through. The food was at least hot the second which was good. Drive though a little tight and can be very busy with the petrol station so drive carefully.
Staff were sure how to out order through computer dining in so recommend ordering through app.

I was standing waiting for my order for about 10 minutes the hole time it was ready just sitting and getting cold, which is was by the time I got it. When I was waiting the girl on the chip station picked up old chips from around the warmer with her hands and put them back in to be served to customers. My drink was undrinkable took it back and they didn't even replace it just chucked it in the bin.

Chips great, drink cold, whopper stone cold. How do you make a mistake at hungry jacks? Perfect day to come out of isolation. Thanks

6 times in the past year I have visited this Hungry jacks and 6 times I have received absolutely revolting food. Each time I have thought - surely it will be better this time.
Cold chips. Cold burgers.
Slap dash thrown together burgers with elements missing.
Soggy Hash browns.
Appalling standard of food
I will never go back here again.

Drive through girl asked me for money then told me I was too slow. Then laughed at me then started talking to someone in her headset. See ya.

The crew working there is so rude
They even don’t care about the customers
I waited for more than 10minutes for making an order and they even didn’t take care that there is customer at front.
They are busy in talking with each other, laughing, smiling.
Two of them are using their mobile phones
Plz dont go there

Popped in to get a chicken salad for a friend who was flying in at the airport. Got one for me as well. It was basically a small pile of mush. A total disgrace for $10. Terribly presented, very small portion. It did taste good though and the staff were very polite and friendly. I'll give them that, but not good for HJs. This is why I don't go there as a general rule.

Just got served by Daniel! Really helped us out and was smashing it behind the window! Wasn’t even busy.just going that extra mile.cheers mate!

Clean restaurant, courteous and prompt service.
Staff made the burger exactly as requested. 5 stars from me.

Toilets were a little stinky, workers were kind but a bit slow with making the food and drinks while the place was quite empty well cooked food and coffee a little burnt but drinkable

Only 3 staff on.only person at counter, but still very slow service. From placing order to receiving meal was a long wait.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. How shocking is this.worst hungry jacks I’ve ever had.
