Hungry Jack's Burgers Redcliffe

This joint no good. Takes so long to get my feed. Today, I think I probably got about 20% coke in my drink and 80% ice. Absolutely pathetic. I’m not angry, just disappointed.

Just got given the wrong burger and I'm not well enough to bother driving back. Got a whopper junior instead of the texan bacon better, bigger burger I paid for.

We had the best Hungry Jacks we've ever had from this restaurant tonight. Fries were fresh and perfectly cooked as were the burgers! Staff were very nice and obviously very good at their jobs. Thank you:)

I’ve never had an issue at this location but today we picked up some food and I’m actually shocked at how bad it was. I ordered a “grilled chicken” burger and what I actually got can only be likened to a piece of old leather slapped between a regular hamburger bun (also disappointing, half the appeal of a grilled chicken is the special bun) another important note is that the actual chicken was left a lovely shade of salmonella pink on the inside after being thrown under the cooker at the highest heat to get the order out in record time. Probably won’t be back for a while at the prices with such poor quality being dolled out

Take to long to get me my food plus it’s kids trading kids needs more people and they made my order wrong 4 times

Waited more than 20 min for our food, uno cups was 'sold out'. Ordered an ice cream just that they told us machine is in maintenance now. While the person on the cashier said that, her colleague came with the same ice cream we just ordered for another customer.

Service wasn't great. Staff standing around and talking. Not interested in serving the customers. My muffin meal was horrible, just slapped together. Won't be going back there.

Didnt even care, waited long time in near the cashier. Didnt even came to take my order. Very bad customer caring.

I'm a frequent visitor to this HJs and 95% of the time the food is amazing. The store and toilets are clean, the service is sometimes rude (ie the manager) but quick. There is a cut through (right carpark near the petrol station air/water) you can use if you need to turn right otherwise it can be difficult to get out.

Nothing like ordering 3 meals getting two, pathetic effort, call up, we can give you food next time, good stuff I guess my mate doesn't get to eat, disgusting effort.

Waited 15 minutes for a burger when no other customer were in the store, which was fine until turns out the burger had been made and was sitting there for a while and no one had bagged it up. Burger was cold

Absolutely disgusted by the Manager and staff vocabulary, the F#$% word was used in every second word while they discuss wages. What was really amusing is they have a big sign with ZERO TOLERANCE, The owner of the establishment was walking around which was very disheartening to see that this conduct is allowed. Please dont take your children there as the will come out with a some New words The Chicken burger was an absolute joke I wish I could add photos to show all. I will never step in that place again.

I was going to give a positive review but it went bad.
Cold whopper with bread than felt stale.
Popn chicken box 3/4 full of chips?
Order was a menulog order with items missing, I called to advise and it was suggested that I go to the store.which I did.
Waited 10 minutes for 2 items even though I called in advance so they knew I was coming.

A Wednesday night 7.07pm.
I walked in to no line, but at least 6-7 people waiting for their order.

Having ordered the Ultimate Double Whopper Large Meal, other waiting customers were coming forward to pick up their orders, to a common very insincere reply of “Sorry for the wait”. So I’m thinking, I could be here a while.

I get that there are teenagers making my meal.
I get that they don’t have the customer diplomacy for order error nowadays.

But from reading the comments below, I say that they aren’t heeding the feedback.

There was no visible senior/management on shift, and fooling around in plain sight along with poor language isn’t a good look for HJ’s Redcliffe I would think.

Fast Food used to be quick& family friendly!

Oh and btw they forgot the bacon in my order.

Love the customer service! Young girl at the drive thru was super friendly! Thank you for making our night, we loved the sauce choices

The food was good but the place was chaotic, the senior or manager was simply yelling at all the young staff. The young girl on the head speakers was amazing though, malti tasking to the extream. Hands up girl.

This is the 3rd time in a row that they are unable to give you drive through whopper meal. You have to park your car and wait!

All I can day us that they need more training on Fast Food delivery!

Good food, but good luck getting mobile data to work while dinning in, the store is a dead spot.

Been waiting for a while to get a whooper meal and when they bring the meal, it was horrible the burger was cold, sauce missing.my worst experience with hungry jack

The CHEESY BACON CLASSIC JACK'S FRIED CHICKEN, was a over priced under flavoured TINY, THIN burger, looked absolutely nothing like the picture, what a waste of money, KFC is so much better. I buy burgers from Hungry Jacks every couple of years just to remind me why I don't buy this junk. The service and chicken royal burgers were nice though according to the kids.
