I often buy a grilled chicken salad, talked the wife into it too this time.they were shocking.less chicken than usual and hardly any salad but plenty of dressing in total filled about 1 third of the box and was sloppy.in fact ine slice of tomato and just a little lettuce

Burger was undercooked and the place is dirty, multiple hand prints all over the chrome work all over the place. I also noticed remnant's of sticky tape on the top of one of the tables that has been there for some week's. This was around 11: 00 in the morning I won't go there again and I do not recommend it while these poor standard's continue.

Fresh, but am sure the staff must put it together from 100 metres away, it was all over the place.

Girl at the other end of the speaker couldn’t even let me finish getting my words out before saying “is that all” “is that all” I was thinking to myself well no because I haven’t even finished saying one part of a meal. Then assuming “ok and with cokes” I say no, both with fantas, get to the payment window and again she repeats the order (wrong for starters) and then “and two cokes”.
That aside my burger looked as though it had been picked up out of the bin - have posted a photo.
I understand these workers are teenagers, but this is where we all start off! These fast food jobs are what set the foundations for working in careers in the future. Perhaps more managerial supervision is required.

Decided that HJ deserved my attention after eating McDonalds all too often. I was pleasantry surprised by the flame grilled taste and fluffy, crisp and fresh onion rings. The burgers are definitely better (tasting and value) at HJ's!

Downhill since they removed the self serve drinks. At the same time maccas have moved to table service via app.one moves backwards other moves forwards

Fairly fast although for some reason you almost always have to park your car from drive through even if you're the only customer. Not terrible but slightly inconvenient

I'm a bit upset at the meal I received today. It had two bites taken out of the bun and one out of the meat. I don't know if it was a burger that had been returned but I asked for no pickles and it didn't have any it so either someone saw it like that and they didn't care or someone purposefully bit into it.

My husband looked deliriously jolly as he ate his breakfast sausage and egg burger. The girl serving was very sweet. ️

My wopper was the best, with cheese and heavy pickle, indoor seating and out, fast service with a smile

I live in the country and on Saturdays I travel to Midland and always go to that Hungry Jacks store on the way home.

Gave this place 2 chances. Staff were terrible and so was the food. Staff actually full on arguing with each other behind the counter, plus whole lot of other things that was wrong with this place.
Hjs on Morrison rd heaps better.

Man the service is terrible later in the day 5pm onwards, unless you go through the drive through you might aswell be invisible.not only that the staff are not really switched on, yes theyre busy but theyre not busy thinking.truly they need to atleast employ some real thinkers to improve the business.bottom line you get what you pay for.hungry jacks youre dead to me now LOL.

Not a good night at HJ's, after the Eminem Concert, they ran out of Meat Patties! After a long queue, they didn't have what we wanted!

Would you like flies with that? Purchased a regular wopper meal today, got in the car and left without checking the bag, when I opened the bag back at work hear is what I found.

Absolutely terrible service from the manager. Had to repeat our order multiple times, had to wait an extra 15 minutes, get our melted drinks replaced and when we finally get home, there's a burger missing.

Haven't bought hungry jacks for over 4 years. Thought I would treat myself so bought chicken burger from midland. Burger was cold and chicken pattie tough and stringy. So disappointed. Thought it may have improved. Very disappointing. $9.30 wasted.

Decided to treat myself to the new spicy jalapeño burger. Might need to rename the burger though, even a white girl could power through the burger without even so much as a tingle on the tongue.drinking my milk,
