Hungry Jack's

I went through the drive through and wait to collect pancakes that took forever to come out. And I have found mold growing in the pancakes when I have almost eaten the whole thing.
I am not happy and I will not be coming back here.

Greetings! I’m writing this review purely because I am a complete fool and I must stand up for myself.
As most things go, I have a few drinks, and I enjoy an Uber home. Whilst in said Uber I usually order Uber eats and crave a whopper. No problem - burger of the gods.

But time and time again my drunken stupidity does not comprehend that Hungry Jack midland must slaughter the cows out the back farm their vegetables and milk their flower to make bread as it takes a whole Millenia to process a single order on Uber eats.

It’s 1: 30am, I’m drunk and hungry and I ordered at 12: 15, must I wait to consume processed foods? Why am I questioning life while I should be eating your questionable processed meat goods.

This sucks

Drives thru on Sunday Morning 27/Aug, the girl dropped the money when she gave me back the changes. She didn’t say a word and pretend she didn’t see it. I had to get out the car to find coins on the ground. There were MacDonald and KFC in the area. Locals deserve better service

The most amazing burger I have had the tomato was fresh n cold so was the rest of the salad yet the meat was hot it looked great and tasted the same I asked for heavies and I got it
I was shock beyond compare
Yet today was absolutely disgusting!
Went back there after 12 months top burgers

I understand it’s not fine dining, it’s fast food but why can’t it be fresh and warm.
Your order is slapped together by a bunch of kids who don’t give a S%#T

Horrible
$7.50 for a Grilled chicken burger
Paddy was 1cm thick, overcooked and dry
Burger was tiny nothing like the photo they use to advertise it

Hoping they fix this

The manager was gas bagging to an employee when we walked in and eventually ask her what she wanted which took ages. Then she took our order didn't give me the slip. She then kept talking to the employee again. My daughter went and stood waiting at counter after we waited over 10 mins so she told the staff to hurry up with our order. Respect to staff gives respect back. Manager should have not been talking and rude to herstaff

I give negative reviews when it is warranted so I thought this deserved a positive 5 star review. A short time ago I ordered a whopper with cheese through the drive-thru and it was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Fresh bum, juicy tomato and crisp lettuce and just love the tomato sauce and mayonnaise. You guys knocked it out of the park. Keep it up.

Not a real fast food fan.
But saying this what we got from there was ok
The iced coffee we got was good except that there was way too much ice in the cup

When we pull up to service window the car in front was waiting there for 45 minutes to service but the car was buzzy talking on the phone to move but food good atmosphere excellent don, t give me wrong the best it just service diver that is all stuff work the best it ok to make mistakes

Wait time 25 mjns. Cold coffee and soggy burgers. Didnt even get all of order. Would avoid and never go there again

They gave me what I wanted even cutting my burger as I had broken elbow and was going to have trouble eating it

Generally good food.was a but disappointed as I asked for heavy onion.received my burger with hardly any onion on my burger but plenty in the burger box!

The 3 pcs nuggets meal did not include the bottle of water, ketchup and TOY! So Angry!

Bacon and egg muffin with hash brown and large latte.
Muffin was soggy and disgusting- do they normally have sauce? This one didn't.

The hash Brown was the first thing I ate and it was cold.

At least the coffee was reasonable.

I went back later to use their toilet and considering they only just opened, the toilet was DISGUSTING!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen no one in restaurant wait 10mins order ready just left it on bench, the place looks disorderly, more like a teenage staff hangout a big joke of a place, time 7.10pm Wednesday night.

Truly the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. I've seen public toilets that are cleaner than the toilets in this place. Never going back.

Accidentally gave order to wrong car but they fixed their mistake in 5 minutes and we were on our way

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The girl taking my order was extremely rude and impatient. I ended up with 3 meals, paid for them all.only ordered 2. This person is the front person for your business? Speaking rudely to customers. It took us 40 seconds to make our order in the drive through. I was treated like I was sitting there for 10 minutes. The manager tried to help. In the end I just couldn't be bothered. I will go elsewhere for future meals.
