H&R Block

I have been going to H & R Block at East Victoria Park in WA for over 10 years and Daryl Ward has been nothing less than exceptional in the way he conducts himself as a professional accountant he is.

From the time I contact them to make an appointment to do my annual tax return to the time I receive the moneys, its all been a wonderful experience.

Thank you H & R Block, this was not a paid reference.just giving credit where credit is due.

2 grumpy lady, I was asking questions abt my tax, and she screamed you should know that. If I know tax well then I wouldn't come here. I really felt humiliate and uncomfortable around them. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I have heard many stories about how bad the service is here and I have to say, if you need to use this branch, request Sandy King. She is the most professional accountant I have come across. Very helpful and did her best to help get the best return. Answered all my questions clearly and concisely. Won't be going to anyone else as long as she is working there!

Highly recommend my accountant Emil. He managed to file several years of my complicated tax returns with ease. He also took time to give tax advise which will be very beneficial to save tax for coming years. Thumbs up to this firm.

I cannot recommend Sandy King highly enough. She is always efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and also available for appointments when I need them. Excellent service.

Didn't enjoy the experience. After being told they could take the fee out of the return only to have to pay it before I left. I did not see any "conditions apply" on their pay from your refund advertising around their premises. Will NOT be using this service again, ever

$150 for about 10 minutes work. A lot of questions were not asked so I was given the maximum rebate I would have been entitled to. I would have been better off doing it myself. I won't be returning to thisH&R Block ever

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't return your phone calls or emails.

The H& R block in 814 Albany Hwy, East Victoria Park WA 6101 has a very unprofessional person working there named Darryl Ward.it is about 2-3 years ago that we were still in student visa. The service was not good at all.the person told me that he has 19 years of experience and he did not put our Saving account money in and we got fined 1000 AU $ for that next year.he also forgot to put Medicare levy exemption and when I complained and asked to see the manager, he was the manager.so no one helped us in at least returning our 240 $ that we paid them. I do not recommend that branch at all to anybody and we had a loss of 1000 $ because of their bad service.: (: (

I would definitely recommend Sandy King. She was efficient, professional and very friendly. I was very nervous because I had a few years worth of tax returns to do; but she put me at ease straight away, and made everything super easy. I was super impressed and will definitely be back next year.

Walked in 9am Monday with no appointment, spoke to a fresh energetic staff member at the reception desk then had a return immediately done. No hassles. Great service and knowledgeable accountants.

Sandy is very helpful she has been helping us with our Tax for the past few years.

The service is cost effective, informative and I trust them to do the right thing.
