Hot Rock Pizza

Came in for pizza tonight, wasn’t expecting much just a pizza on a Friday night. But geez was I taken away! A young man (assuming around 15) was there to greet me with a winning smile and the hospitality of Catherine Mcauley yet the speed of buzz light year. Thanks to the astonishing customer service, I will be both returning and recommending Hot Rock pizza to my fellow pizza enthusiasts! Big yes from me!

I ordered a pizza last night and when i came to pick it up i was politely greeted by a very kind staff member, he couldn't have been older then 16 but it was like he had 20 years of experience. He was fast, kind and a good conversationist that left a smile on my face. The pizza was just as good as the service it was not soggy, it had the perfect amount of toppings and it was clear to see that it was made with love. It was my first time getting pizza here as I'm new to the neighbourhood but i will be sure to come here often and recommend it to my friends.

Fantastic pizza have never had a bad pizza from here. It is our go to place every fortnightly. Highly recommend =D

We have been buying Pizza from here for years now.it has always been our favourite place to get pizza! Highly recommend it to everyone! We have pizza at least once every couple of weeks and we are still in love with it!

I can't believe how they keep such great consistency. Every time I go (and this shop is 15 minutes out of my way) I am always stunned by the visual appeal of the product, and I'm not left disappointed by the taste or generosity of toppings, unlike a terrible mainstream chain franchise not far from me.

Worst pizza I've ever ordered, I thought pizza hut was bad but this place takes the cake! Hawain was like eating play dough and the meatlovers well where was the meat! Waste of money!

Pizza was delicious but made me horribly ill twice. Lactose intolerant so either they ignored the request for vegan cheese or have poor handling practices.
Honestly I dont think I would have this issue again and the place is probably great for everyone else but I'm not willing to try a third time, I'll be going to CENTREPOINT PIZZA down the road! Never had any issues there, and they're always making new recipes, catering to vegans, vegetarians and all others.

Absolutely delicious gourmet pizza's and wonderful polite staff at the register always good to chat with, and the pizzeria never fails to cook the pizza just perfect. Big thumbs up I highly recommend hot rock pizza bassendean

Travelled all the way to this pizza store after being recommended by friends and also saw their awards that they have won. Tried the Mediterranean Lamb pizza. Was absolutely disappointed. Pizza was so oily I could have cooked a stir fry with the remaining oil. Maybe I tried the wrong pizza. But never going back there again.

I previously have ordered from this place and has been amazing however my recent order the pizza tastes terrible. This place has gone down hill.

Overcharged due to a glitch in menu log. When I called in to inform the manager he talked over me and became argumentative and would not accept fault. When I realised the conversation was going nowhere and that he had no interest in resolving my issue, despite the falsely advertised pricing I said I would not return. He became aggressive and accused me of being unable to afford the pizzas I had already paid for. What an insult. Clearly the implication is that this place can charge whatever they feel like above advertised menu pricing and if there is a dispute it is because the customer is poor? I thought I would give a small business a chance instead of using Pizza Hut. I’ll Never come here again. Apart from that the pizza was greasy and the garlic bread was burnt. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. What a dive.

Excellent pizza, service and quality. Been coming for years and really enjoy the classic Italian and Creamy Chicken. Pizzas are reasonably priced and as others have said of a high standard. Highly recommend.

Underwhelmed with the quality of the pizza- specifically the meats used- especially as the place seemed to have such good reviews!

Pretty good pizza overall but occasionally we get an underdone pizza which is a shame.

Staff are great though

Super yummy pizza at a great price especially if you use the vouchers you get after your first visit. One thing I have noticed though is the fact that there seams to be the same amount of topping on a large as a family which thins it out a little due to the fact it has a bigger base. None thw less its still my favorite pizza in Perth.

The pizzas were superb, best pepperoni I've tasted in a long time. Plenty of topping and the base was not too thick either. We will definitely return in the future.

Fantastic food, the pizzas are good sizes and the toppings are of the best quality and quantity. We have been ordering since we moved to Bassendean in 2009 and even though my wife normally hates pizzas she is always happy to have your Lamb pizza. Staff are always quick to acknowledge you when you enter the shop and I don't know how you make the so quick and tasty!

Our local. Really tasty pizzas on the money every time. Good value, friendly operators. Highly recommend the Pesto King prawn and Cheesy Pepperoni.

Recently moved into Kiara and have tried many takeaway joints. I must say Hot Rock is up there as one of our favorites so far. Thanks guys!
