Horrocks Beach Caravan Park reviews
60What a legend Warren is - gave us 2 crays and a big chunk of mulloway. The bloke couldn't do enough for you. Thanks mate, we will be back
Friendly staff, neat park, great beach access. Awesome stop over, we will definitely make it a new habit to go there!
Beautiful spot, nice spacious sites, open as a bit of breeze, but that is what you get by the ocean, all in all a nice park.
Beautiful quiet site. Old shower block and toilets need upgrading. Needs more washing machines and dryers.
Great hot showers and clean toilets.
Friendly and helpful host's. Park residents all very friendly.
Beautiful quiet little beach side village/town. Great place to relax.
Great experience here! The staff are kind and friendly, the grounds are well maintained and the sites are spacious. We have loved our stay here and look forward to coming back again. 10/10
Awesome staff and ablution block spotlessly kept, nice peaceful and quiet place to stay. Booked one night and stayed for 2.
Had a better shower here than I do at home, haha. Grass was unexpectedly good, and management were very friendly. I will be back soon
Great caravan park, one block of amenities was new, but the block near us was very old, water was hot, but the shower cubicle was on the small size. The general store at Hoŕrocks is a hidden gem.
We booked our caravan trip to here many months ago for a very special occasion, 5 nights at $50 per night. Upon arrival we were given the last "site" available which was a sloped patch of grass sandwiched between a main public road and footpath on one side and a grey gravel dusty track on the other, we even got a layer of dust inside the indoor fridge!
There were no options as to how we could orient the caravan, it was awning side only into a relentless (18 hours a day) strong wind. We managed to put the awning up and had it well supported and tied down in spite of the wind and not putting the awning up was not an option as the public road and "busy" footpath were were just arms length from the van, we would have been uncomfortably exposed. On the fourth night the awning ripped from the van and that was that! We left earlier than planned and won't be back and if it hadn't been such a special occasion I would have packed up after one night. My main gripe is where we were positioned, I had also spoken to others whom had booked after we had and yet got more seemingly protected sites. Squeezing people into "spare space" (we didn't even have a grey water disposal outlet) for a few extra bucks is not on in my view and this is a buyer beware warning for Horrocks caravan park. The two stars in this review are for the location and I give nothing for the rest!
We stayed at for 6 nights in our Caravan. The older ablutions were spotless and the near new ablutions the same. The site carers work flat out all day keeping the place immaculate, bins emptied daily. It was great to setup one fresh lawn for both caravan and annex. 2 windy days and the others were perfect. We will definitely be back.
We stayed only one night. The lady at the front was nice. Although the man care taker ir whatever he is, us not friendly at all. Told us off for driving over conduits which there were none, then through his hands up and walked away. Really grumpy. Wouldn't bother staying there again! So many other places with friendly people.
Great park. A must stay if your in the area. Avoid the general store, they gouge at every opportunity. Go to the Northhampton IGA.
Great location. With its own tennis court and bowling green. We wish we could have stayed longer
Beautiful Caravan Park, well kept premises & super clean bathrooms. From when we booked to our departure, ALL the staff were just amazing. We were particularly impressed when intoxicated & badly behaved campers were asked to pack up & go. Made it pleasant for everyone else that was booked there already. Thank you!
Do your self a favour drive past Horrocks caravan park

Absolutely loved my stay here spotless facilities and grounds amazing camp kitchen sooo friendly highly recommend this park loved loved loved it
Great place, quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, it was blowing a gale, which prevented use of the beach.
Staff member was very helpful and friendly, unlike the owner who ignores you and fails to acknowledge you daily.
Given that they're in a customer service role you'd expect better.
We stayed only one night at one of the newer chalets. They are very nicely appointed and decorated. I liked the individual lights and power outlets build into the wall at each bunk bed and either side of the queen bed. The power outlets have a USB port as well. TVs in every bedroom as well as the living area. We had a very comfortable night.
The ladies at the general store were very lovely and helpful.
Clean toilets and showers
Friendly staff
The only downside is spot for caravan not long enough for our caravan, can't open annexes due trees, site is wide enough
Some old dead trees should be removed. One night people that have permanent site very noisy until 12.45am.
