Was so lovely to have someone who cared about the end result and also to make sure I was happy.

Perfect styling! I had Georgia style my hair for the Perth Corporate Rumble event. The styling went perfectly with my outfit and the waves lasted all night (and next day). Georgia and Juliana were warm and friendly, such a great environment to have my hair done.

The team at Highlight Hair Salon we're amazing, not only were the super accommodating when I booked for a wrong appointment (which they promptly worked with me to find another day that worked for me) but they delivered the most beautiful results. Georgia, Juliana, Mercyll and Ingyin created such a lovely warm environment I didn't want to leave, and I am certainly looking forward to my next appointment with this fine tuned hair styling team!

I have been using Highlight studio since it opened and have been a client of Georgia’s for more than 7 years. I am always pleased with my hair and the staff are very good at listening to what you want.

In response to the 1 star review below, I was getting my hair done at the same time as this customer and do not feel the review was justified. The customer booked for a hair colour which the hairdresser quickly identified would not give the customer the desired look they wanted (ie from a photo). The customer was then unsure what to do so the hairdresser spent time discussing options to get the customer the look they wanted while taking into account budget, timing etc. Unfortunately none of the options could be done immediately because they would have taken longer than the booked appointment time. At the end of the ‘appointment’ (which had now taken 30mins) the hair dresser asked for $17 to cover the time taken for the hair consult and to contribute towards the income lost from the appointment the customer booked (which wasn’t suitable for her hair). The hairdresser offer an alternative booking within 2 days said the $17 could be taken off that appointment or any future appointments. The hairdresser was polite the whole time, lent you a phone to call for your ride and offered you tea/coffee while you waited….
While I understand that it is disappointing to book a hair appointment and to walk away without it done, I think the hairdresser was trying to do the right thing for the customer. The hairdresser could have easily done the booked appointment and taken the customers money leaving her with hair she didn’t like. The hairdressers at Highlight Hair Salon are all professionals which take pride in their work and this is why they have so many excellent reviews. They won’t do something that isn’t going to look good on someone’s hair for the sake of money.

Very happy with my haircut from Juliana as well as the friendly, attentive service from herself and her lovely biz partner Georgia. I’ve received multiple compliments for my new hairstyle. When I walked into the studio from the get go Juliana asked what I was looking for, listened, and then showed me pictures of what sort of cut she thought would suit me - and it was exactly what I wanted. Ive recommended her to my sister and will definitely be coming back again for all my future haircuts. Thank you! ️

Juliana advice and service was a 5 star as always, I'm very happy with the results, I just feel there is room for improvement on the duration of appointments, maybe they could fit in less people same time so the appointments doesn't take too long. Other than that I highly recommend her.:)

A wonderful, welcoming space with talented hairdressers/ colourists. I was extremely happy with my style cut and will definitely be going back! 10/10

Loved my first treatment! My hair is longer and thicker so it always takes time but Georgia was so patient with my hair. I have struggled in the past to find hairdressers who listen to everything you say, but I explained all the things I like with my hair and got exactly that. Sometimes I feel like I have been advised to do things with my hair different to what I have wanted and like because the hairdresser themselves couldn't be bothered or just didn't want to. But that did not happen at Highlight. Everything that was suggested for me to do was complimentary to what I already wanted.

Fabulous and professional service with Julianna today. I have curly complicated hair and she cut and managed it beautifully.

Juliana cut my hair today & I was so impressed. She's fixing a dodgy haircut from another salon. I loved that she listened to what I was aiming for & is now helping me achieve my final goal. She was very knowledgeable about my fine curly hair & how to cut it. She was also quite realistic about what would work & what wouldn't. I'm looking forward to the end result (still have some growing to do), but in the meantime she has still made my hair look beautiful.
