Excellent service provided by the young lady on duty. Mantra on Murray need to take some lessons from the Hertz young lady.

Not impressed how they go about hiring of the adrenaline rides. When booking the car no where in the email does it say you have to pay a $500 bond was only told when I went to pick up the car. Was also told the bond would be released back to my account within 24hrs still waiting after 5 days. All information should be on the confirmation emails.

Be careful when you hire a car. I book through the Expedia with the contract $18/day. But when I go there to pick up the car. The staff charges $30/day. The female staff at customer service desk was very rude. She does not need customer. If you book through Expedia, you have to call the car hire company before you go there to collect the car. They are not reliable.

Went to hire a car on Saturdayand a young lady I spoke to would accept my license as apparently it was expired when it was. She was very very rude and had very poor customer service. She didn’t even seem like she wanted to be there. Never will I attempt to hire a car from there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The recommend car was comfortable. The admin process was fast. Returning the car took a second.

Apathetic staff that don't listen and couldn't care less. A good price but I won't use this branch again due to the terrible attitude of the staff.

Absolutely horrible experience. Rented a car with clear damage, was assured it was noted down. Returned the car in exact same condition, was charged over $2.7k for damage that was already there before I hired. Showed that the damage was noted down, but they claimed 'this is different. ' The damage in question was a massive dent in the door, which was definitely there before I hired the car. Lesson learned, take lots of photos from now on and never ever trust the horrible Hertz staff again.

DO NOT HIRE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH HERTZ.
HAVE BEEN OVER CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAD THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD EVEN TAKING UNAUTHORIZED FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT.
They even told me they had explained something to me that they definately had not as I was in hospital at the time, then they argued that they had when I told them they DEFINATELY had not.

The ladies on the desk and the car was great but it is impossible contact this branch on the phone. You are always put through to the main Hertz Australia number and they are not friendly or helpful. I dropped the car back with less than a quarter tank of fuel used seriously it was just a notch under full (no petrol stations on the fwy!) and a week later they charged me $54 for fuel. I could maybe understand $15 but that's just taking advantage of having my credit card details, rude!

Used them plenty of times. The staff I have been served by always polite and helpful. 99% of the time you get the type of car you want. Never been charged for bringing it back late. Which is a nice touch.

BE VERY CAREFUL! Only take the car you booked. Do not accept 'free' upgrade! I was charged extra for my 'free' upgrade and too excited over an upgrade to double check the paperwork. It was my mistake to trust the paperwork would be correct and as discussed. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK!

Very rude customer service, filthy vehicles, never again. 10 minutes before drop off i received a voice mail "weres the vehicle, your late". Avoid.

I rented a car for ONLY one day (on 17th of May) from Murray Street, Perth office - for which I deposited some money. It's been MORE THAN TWO MONTHS I am still trying to get it refunded. I contacted these guys many times, Every time new person/attendant, new story, new excuse. I am getting sick of repeating the same thing over and over to different people. I sent them emails but never received any response.

I feel like it was nothing short of a BLUNDER that I hired a car from Hertz. But will never make this mistake again, NEVER.

What a filthy customer service.

No Birds car rentals people are quiet helpful and efficient. Last year, rented two cars from them and never had any issues.

MY advice: after this very bad experience -, try 'No Birds' or any other reasonable rentals rather than Hertz. They don't give a damn apparently if a customer has an issue with their service. So, AVOID.

Don't Pre-purchase fuel! They will charge a whole tank. While telling you unused fuel will be refunded
