I would like to thank the vet in york for help me and my family on the sad day on 15th of august 2019 when our dog sydney was put down

Heartlands Vets have been beyond compassionate when it comes to our animals.

1. Our bull, Fridge, had to have his left eye removed. The vet was brilliant with Fridge and worked under some really tough weather conditions, all the while, being kind and pleasant to Fridgey boy!

2. We've had to have our good ol' boy Toby, (black&tan kelpie) put to sleep.
Dr Lana was really lovely with Tobs and yet she also made sure that we had exhausted all avenues of veterinary care for him. There was nothing more that could be done and by having him put down we were doing the kindest thing for our very dignified 16 years-old friend.

Service is fantastic. Took a neighbour's dog there for assistance. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Advice was well used back at home.

I had an emergency with my Papillion, Marcel who had a grass seed in his ear. Previously as a puppy a grass seed in same ear which pierced his ear drum so it was very painful. I was fitted in between their appointments & grass seed out promptly. Thank you very much.

Thankyou so much for the caring and compassionate way you helped us with Odin. His sudden, unforeseen illness and consequent loss was a tremendous shock and the circumstances made it more so. We will always be grateful that Odin's welfare was put first and foremost. Thankyou Tracey for the lovely card. We couldn't recommend this practice, and particularly Tracey highly enough

Amazing northam vet said nothing was wrong with our greyhound we rushed her to this vet and they found out she was very sick it was to late but they showed compassion and respect and love toward her

I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful staff at Heartlands Veterinary Hospital. I recently had to put my elderly Miniature Schnauzer to sleep after nearly 14 years, and was naturally distraught. The personalized and caring treatment we received from the vet during this awful time was above and beyond anything I have previously experienced. The staff at this clinic really do treat their patients as if they were their own. Thank you to you all. You are inspirational.
