We are very happy with the excellent service and advice from Mark and Kim at Hearth House Mandurah. They were very professional from initial quote to installation of our reverse cycle air conditioning and would highly recommend them. Price was very competitive too!

We had the team at Hearth House Mandurah install our new wood fire on Friday and I cant say enough good things about them. From initial contact to prompt service, everything has been A+.

I had a new CoolBreeze Evaporative Air Conditioner installed today after getting the best quote in town from Kim. The installation was done by Cooper and Alfie who did a tremendous great job from start to finish. The quality of job done and the service rendered were second to none. Cooper also provided some valuable advice and tip in regards to the aircon vent cleaning and maintenance, which were much appreciated by us. In addition, their great sense of humour and teamwork created a happy and positive vibe while they were at work at my place. I would highly recommend Hearth House Mandurah to everyone.

Kim helped us to design our built in fireplace with TV above and also found the relevant trades to construct. Both our aircon and fireplace were installed on the same day including going over & above by installing our wall mounted TV. Great Service, absolutely no complaints. 5 stars.

We recently had a new fire installed by Hearth House Mandurah, as with previous work they have done for us the work was carried out in a professional manner the guys are very polite cleaned up when they left and we would recommend them with no hesitation.

We just had a COOL BREEZE evaporative system installed by Brayden and Lachie and I can not recommend them highly enough. They were by far the cleanest traidies that we have ever had, they even cleaned the dirty hand prints that other tradies had left on the manhole cover. Washed their hands as not to dirty anything.
I would recommend Hearth House Mandurah to anyone. Thanks for a great job we are loving the beautiful fresh air.

We had our fire serviced and we thought repaired, but we had more problems after the service. We had another company come out to fix the problems only to find that the wrong part had been used by Hearth House technician that was why we had more problems. Terrible customer service, would not use these people again.

Interesting visit. They have a good selection of gas fires, although as it is a new premIses to them not all the fires are connected up yet to give the full effect. Very infomative and they supply a full service for installation and false walls etc.

Appalling - didn't bother to show up for the appointed site survey - went to another job instead. The tradie dug the hole deeper by calling back and trying to tell us his previous client had delayed him, but this was his first call of the day at 08: 00 - steer clear of these people unless you have time to waste.

Great service from the shop and the two guys who came to install. Very professional, wood fire looks awesome and we are really happy with our purchase and experience.
