We ordered an Esse in October 2021 and was told it would arrive December/January which was fine. I phoned in late December enquiring about a possible time line only to be spoken to in such a poor manner it set the tone for the remaining four months until we were finally able pick it up on the 28 April 2022, SEVEN MONTHS after the order was made and paid for. We chased this business repeatedly regarding any info on our fully paid esse only to be meet with a really poor attitude on every occasion including being told our stove had arrived in March and then subsequently being told that it was not our stove (the only one they had on order we were told was ours).
We fully understand that there were delays but simple courtesy cost nothing and an update every month or so should not be too much to ask.
I would not use this business again.

I needed help with a broken air-conditioner. Kim explained my options clearly and found the perfect solution for me.
The tradespeople turned up when they said they would, and got the job done quickly.
Polite, friendly, and efficient service. So rare to find these days.

My gas log fireplace had to be special and perfect as it was what my wife wanted in our home we had recently purchased. Sadly she did not get to see it as she passed away on Mother's Day. I am sure that because of the finished product she would have paid a visit to see it. And I am sure she has.
The day it was installed I experienced the most professional and time perfect group of professionals who created the masterpiece I now have in my home. I was looking at an incredible piece of workmanship. I have to say that I am very fussy and want the best. I got the best. Being so impressed during the construction I messaged Mark to compliment him on what I was witnessing. The reason I chose Hearth House was because of the whole unit of professionals who were organised to do every aspect of the construction. I didn't have to chase up anyone. It was a complete package.
If you want what I have, give them a call. This is something I would not normally do but I just had to do this.
I got the best and am totally impressed.

Kim and Mark were so great to deal with, and were fantastic when going through for what we needed, our options and selection of the Lopi 4415 gas fireplace. Brad was top notch with his workmanship and did a superb structure installation. Simply the best addition to our home.

The boys that came to install our fire were very professional and efficient. The whole installation took less than 3 hours. Looking forward to a cosy house instead of sitting around with blankets.
