I've recently learnt that after being told by their staff that they replace with genuine apple products, they don't. After having my phone repaired by a apple service provider and seeing everything inside, I've become very disappointed. If I took my phone back to Apple, it wouldn't have been covered under insurance.

This team is first class. Needed a huge upgrade on my laptop and thought it would need replacing. New Driver and went from 4g ram to 16g and a service and its a new machine.
