I brought my ps5 in for a hdmi port repair and cleaning which costed me around $250. When I plugged in my ps5 there was a system update file that for some reason couldn’t download and kept restarting.

Not sure if this was due to something damaged in the ps5 or it was the update file itself, but I’ve done everything possible to repair this problem myself, like factory resetting it, but nothing changed. This problem occurred 1 day after it was repaired.

I do not know anything about computers, I am a forklift driver and truck driver. Ask me anything about a fork or truck and I can tell you! Unfortunately it doesn't stretch to computers. I received excellent customer service, and support from HBT Computers recently for my personal desktop computer. Came in under budget too, I am very grateful - especially with these cost-of-living pressures on every Australian household. I will continue to frequent HBT Computers for all my technology requirements.

Straight forward, honest and knowledgeable advice. Very happy with the the service and will definitely recommend and use again.

Zack was great at explaining an ipad issue, he took it apart and gave me a full brief of my options- easy to understand and consider for even a tech dummy! This was all done on a walk in basis, Zack went the extra mile to support with our ipad issues

After waiting for more than 18 months to recover my wife's laptop drive after it not being "repairable", they not only did not give the laptop back, they offered to charge us only $200 and instead rung the till up at $270.

Pathetic customer service would be a step up. I'd try to get my money back but that would take another 18 months.

Got these guys to sort a problem out with my phone didn't take them long at all I was very happy with there professional service thanks you very much highly recommend them

The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Zak was polite and professional and replaced my broken phone screen impressively quickly. I had concerns with getting a screen replaced on my phone as I'd had bad experiences in the past but these guys are legit and I know where to go now for any tech related issues for sure

I can not in good conscience recommend this business. Remembering how I was treated in August 2020. Took 2 laptops in for repairs, was promised I would recover as much info as possible on one of them but when I received the device, next to nothing was recovered, I wasn't informed of this change in promise prior to going to pick it up and I paid in full. On the second laptop I received it with a cracked display bezel, it also took them several minutes to find thw battery that was missing from the hp laptop. When I took in that hp laptop it had no crack on the bezel. I had already had enough and was so shocked by their service that I decided just to move on and save myself of more anxiety that I already suffer from.

Thank you Zak for your service and will recommend HBT, especially you when I have a problem with micro soldering stuffs.

I was served by zach. I would like to point out the Quick and efficient service he provided and his friendly demeanor. I had him build me a computer, it was as simple as tell him what I wanted and he sorted out the rest, quickly and cheaply, only took 2 days and it was done.

Great computer repair service. Fixed my hard drive and upgraded my HP notebook. Now it is so fast 3 secs from turning on to full operation. Great job guys. Will be back
