3 cars in the carpark, with the customers outnumbered 3 to 1 in the store.but still took 10 minutes to find a staff member not "on a break" or "not from this section" and then another 15 minutes (not kidding!) to find one that could answer a question about a piece of their floor stock!

Dealing with Jennifer, Jason and F&T REMOVALS from Port Kennedy Harvey Norman has been an absolute pleasure and these guys have restored my faith in customer service.
Jennifer was pivotal in dealing with the fridge company after our new fridge constantly broke down and also in helping us find our new fridge and we can not thank you enough Jennifer.
Mike went over and above with delivery and installation and again, we will certainly advertise your business. Thank you so very much.

I am normally Harvey Norman all the way but I wanted a simpson vented dryer and this seemed to offend the not very nice sales assistant who gave me a lecture on where my dryer should be and how much better condenser and heat pump dryers are. How my clothes are only meant to be cupboard dry not line dry! I should point out my opening line was im here to buy a simpson vented dryer as I have a new condenser and I don't like it. Where was my service and to add insult to injury the sales assistant was talking about me to the other younger sales assistant. I left without buying anything with a more than sour taste in my mouth

We have had the most amazing services from Sam in furniture and Mel in bedroom and will definitely deal with them again in a heart beat. Amazing people that made us feel so special and treated us as if we were their only customers. Can't rate then high enough.

Sam and Anna in furniture were amazing - so helpful and willing to give us the space to make some big purchase decisions in private. Tech department was also helpful, although the stock for what we wanted was low.

If you are heading into whitewoods, I'd recommend a different store. The woman who served us was so sales oriented that she repeatedly sidestepped the possibility of negotiating price on what would have been well over 4K worth of products.

We left without purchasing, but got a call a couple of days later confirming our delivery was coming. When we investigated, we discovered she was so keen for the $$$ she had booked delivery before we had even made a commitment to buy.

Harvey Norman would have got one star for that experience, except that Anna and Sam in furniture were so damn nice.

I bought myself a new laptop here and had a great experience. I was helped by Ian, he wasn't pushy at all, very knowledgeable of all product's and did a great job of upgrading some of the components to give it some extra performance. Over all a great experience, I will definitely be coming back!

Young staff need more training dealing with and around customers. Specially rushing another sales person away from computer while finalising a big $$$$ deal. So not on! Disgusting.

Thanks to the 3 staff members that really help us with our deal very happy with you service

Recently bought a new bedroom suite and mattress from the Bedding Department, dealt with Mel and Ken (but mostly Ken), Ken is an absolute gentleman, took the time to answer every question we had plus he gave us alot of information we werent aware of. Excellent product knowledge, excellent service and manners and gave us a great discount on both the mattress and the bedroom furniture, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Excellent service, we will definitely be going straight there next time.

My partner and I went to Harvey Norman, Port Kennedy today and received the best service! We browsed the computer section first and were offered assistance by an extremely friendly gentleman (apologies we didn't get your name), then received outstanding service from Keenan in the kitchen appliances department. Keenan was friendly, knowledgeable and even assisted with carrying our purchases to the car. We'll definitely return - keep up the great work!

Came in Thursday 14.1.21 with an ACER predator X34P gaming monitor that I had purchased about 5 months prior for around $1500. I had some issues that are common with this particular model of monitor that I was hoping to get repaired or replaced with warranty. I knew exactly what the issue is, which is that the advertised refresh rate of 120hz causes the panel to flicker, therefore not working as advertised, therefore completely justifiable for a warranty claim. The "tech" that I dealt with then had the audacity to begin feeding me full of false information, hoping that I would know no better and therefore would not have to honor the warranty claim. He tried to prove the fault using a HDMI cable, which you cannot run refresh rates that high without a display port cable, to which he disagreed until being proven wrong, then didn't even have a system with a display port output to test which is completely unacceptable from an electronics store selling monitors with display port capabilities. He then told me it only reaches 100hz, which is wrong, then tried stating that "that's why Harvey Norman advertise it as a 100hz monitor" like that means anything. The ACER website advertises them as 100hz overclockable to 120hz. It's on the box. He then tried claiming that the monitor is unable to reach 120hz, saying that it isn't a "true 120hz" and that it "drops the resolution to reach that refresh rate" which just doesn't make sense, and anybody who knows anything about anything knows it. He then tried getting me to bring my gaming PC into the store from home to test the fault, to which I said no, then told me I need to take it to the O'connor store. Then after all this, told me he needed to help another customer and disappeared. I honestly feel sorry for anybody who has issues with a product they have purchased from this place. Seems like you need to know anything and everything about the product just to prove the employee wrong when they are trying to lie you out of a warranty claim. Absolutely useless and in direct violation of Australian consumer law.

Not very happy with how our bed we waited 4 months for was when we finally recieved it, got an email from GE for a statement which was odd so we looked it up and the cost of the sale went through, so Mrs rang the store, the office staff didn't waste time putting it through the system but couldn't be stuffed contacting us for a delivery time, plus the fact on my receipt it says I would get text updates and yet in 4 months never recieved 1 text.

Anyway it was delivered the next day after asking for it as the GE went through, overspray from where it was polished, a tonne of saw dust on and in the bed suite, nail pins through the side of the draws. I mean how? The side of the draw is almost an inch thick.was the apprentice blind or something.well I hope it was a blind apprentice cause that's bad.
Also there's glue marks.was the polisher blind aswell cause he better have been a blind polisher.

And yeah to have it delivered and not cleaned up is appalling

Emmanuel and his manager, in the electrical department are both great. Normally the best price and product/industry knowledge. The manager personally gave free delivery on his way home. Can’t better their service.
