Nicola and I can't speak highly enough of the help we were given by Jake. Very genuine and knowledgeable about the items he was selling and only too willing to tell us about the pros and cons of different makes and models we inquired about. After providing us with all the answers to our questions we were comfortable to buy a T. V, fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer and coffee maker. Once again Jake thank you very much for your professionalism and honesty

I just wanted to give a mention to Samantha Klau from the kalgoorlie computer department. Best customer service i have had in a long time. Not only was she knowledgeable about a whole range of products, she was able to give me comparisons and the right advice without pushing me to buy. I did however come back an purchase a computer just because of the above. She was also able to help me with office products and anti virus, plus advice on security cameras etc. Just all round great, she was lovely and hoping this feedback gets back to her to show my thanks. Good work!

Warranty service extremely poor. No communication and wrong part arrived. More delays, now 2 months waiting and not finilised. Would not recommend.

Great customer service and had the item they needed. Would recommend to anyone who needs electronic equipment.

Staff where lovely and made it really easy to find what i needed, a bit expensive though $12 just for a changing cord

Had an issue with an appliance purchase (not warranty but something other). Scott (Manager) handled it quickly and efficiently with no fuss. A happy customer yet again.

I was getting my computer fixed and they said it would be 2 weeks and then when I called them to ask because it have already been like 5 days and they said it would be another week

I wanted to buy a soda stream and some kitchen scales. Both items were on display but no stock available. Staff were friendly but the wait time was quite a while.

Quite a few bare shelves but all understandable because of China and covid. Didn't get one offer of help from staff which is very unusual at Harvey Norman. Young woman who served us was nice though.

If you lazy or not good with internet then this place for you. There is big choice of furniture lounges bedding recliner chairs and much more plus laundry hardware kitchen tvs and more other electronic equipment and sets

Poorly staffed. Hard to get assistance and staff are lacking in knowledge related to IT products

Had major issues locating a payment i'd made for two items, fridge and washing machine. After several phone calls and an in store visit i was able to get my items delivered before Christmas and for free. Thank you to all the staff of Harvey Norman Kalgoorlie.

Shame they warrant a star but it’s the only way to give a review. We were clearly waiting near the ipads for service, tried to flag down a young guy for service only to be ignored. Ended up buying iPad at retravision.meet other wannabe customers at retravision also.
Terrible experience will not be back, why buy local if you have to wait? At least you know you’ll have to wait when buying online and it’s likely to be cheaper.oh in Harvey Norman at the iPad display for over 30 mins

Wasn't impressed with them, we paid cash for a new washing machine and it took 8 days to deliver it, wouldn't have minded if it was on hire purchase but cash really

I was forced to give a 1 star rating to allow to post. Not sure how to rate it. I was in the store at the phone counter for approximately 10-15 minutes and nobody attempted to see if required assistance. I couldn't be bothered waiting any longer and walked out.

I stood around for 20mins today waiting for someone to greet me. Finally a lady approached but said she had "no idea" how to help me. Once i was attended to was dissapointed at the lack of concern for my broken product, no longer under warranty (only 3yrs old) so not their problem. Quick to tell me how expensive it is to fix. And that unfortunately products eventually die. How dissapointing.

I'm so excited to sleep on my new bed recommended and explained by Fiona, Manager of the bedding Department.
I will make Harvey Norman my first stop for anything that they stock to be purchased in the future.

Drove 960kms today, from a indigenous community where I work as a YOUTH OFFFICER to Kalgoorlie Harvey Norman to pick up a TV and do over 5k in purchase for myself. As a Brazilian born, and always been on point with respect and CONSIDERATION.the staff member didn't even acknowledged me behind four other costumers which was in front of me and said good morning to all of them but me. Three other staffs walked past and didn't even looked at me! What the heck? Then about 20mins later the manager came and I put this matter forward to him and he excuse was being under staff and two people called sick. But there where five behind the counter, three across me. The manager himself and of course only 6 costumer including me. What an experience at 9: 20am. Leaving with nothing.
