Drove to Kalgoorlie from Norseman (400ks round trip) to pay balance and pick up new fridge. On arriving store employee informed me there was an incident and Harvey Norman's was closed for rest of day.explained where I drove from and she sent out the manager and he accepted my cash and organised for me to pick up fridge from warehouse. Thankyou staff members, I drove away very happy.

I've experienced that the prices charged at times differ from the prices displayed, but the staff never apologize for it.

Went in for a monitor, had no clue what I was looking for, had Nathan ask If needed assistance. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a monitor, very happy with the service! Will be back

Had to find my own way. Only one staff member in IT area who was providing major level customer assistance. The only positive note was the discount for cash.

"Shop with confidence at Harvey Norman " pffft what a joke and one of the most expensive stores I've ever been into. Shame! Shame! Shame! Don't go here looking for anything Samsung because you won't get it and the younger staff members need to check their attitude before starting their shift.

Went to Harvey Norman today 2/10/22 to buy a fridge and washing machine.
I was asked within seconds by an amazing sales woman called Emma who was not only polite but extremely helpful giving me a range of different options to meet my needs.
Emma was also very knowledgeable about all the items I was looking at including going into fine detail what the extra warranty does or does not cover.
You should be very proud of this employee as she has met and exceeded my expectations and without a lie in 15 years of shopping at Harvey Norman this was by far the most professional efficient service I have had in years.

Thankyou Emma you are a credit to not only yourself but an asset to Harvey Norman as a business.
Retail needs more people like you.

I must say the services and assistance from the young electronic team is really good and would be proud of team if they worked for me.

I bought a Navman online 8 months later it failed turning on and off failing to log on screen freezing. When I took it in I was told second one in a week to fail.
After explaining this the salesman Nathan punched a few buttons and went to the app screen but no maps I had to get to work so after nearly half an hour manager plugged it in to see faults by which time I'd ordered a Garmin online so I will never use Harvey Norman Kalgoorlie or Harvey Norman online again very very poor service. If anyone reading this wants the Navman it's in the bin in the furniture showroom

The manager Jake is amazing. We had a problem with a new TV that we purchased. After hearing me speak to a salesman about this he straight away sorted out the problem. Service from him was tops. Thanks heaps

I would just like to thank Brandon and the other bloke sorry I didn't catch his name for helping me sort out my fridge and organising the replacement for a new one under product care, they went over and beyond and made the whole experience so easy, FYI it pays to have product care! Just gives you that little extra insurance
