My dealings with Hartland have been pleasant, repair workmanship is good and communication is excellent. What more could one ask?

I sent my Tamron 150-600mm G2 here as i bought it from the US with a slightly "off" Autofocus.
Tried calibrating myself but that didnt fix the issue, so i had been advised to send it here.
The quick and professional service was nothing short of amazing, quick response times and easy-to-talk-to staff make Hartlands a place that i would recommend to all, whether having an issue with lens, body or other.

I would have given 5 stars since they repaired my camera quickly and adequately. However, they misquoted me (by $200!) and this upset me as you can imagine. They made no efforts to remedy this, not even a slight discount. Pretty poor customer service given I drove a 1.5hr round trip to get my camera fixed here because the price point was 'so good'. You're better off going somewhere more upfront with pricing and more central.

As the only Nikon approved repairer in WA, I brought in my favorite Nikon lens in for repair. I love this old lens, its sharpest copy I have ever found. They did an excellent job and saved me thousands on replacement costs. Excellent communication, good price and service quality.

Very satisfied, corrected the pitch and yaw of my sensor from where it was (way out of bounds) to absolute perfection, don't even have to use AF Auto Tune any more. Swift service, took only a couple of business days, they cleaned the mirror box for free and offered me a discount on a sensor clean as they deemed it important and I had already had some work done. If I lived here, I'd be back no doubt. Excellent work.

My emails were answered within the hour, the phone call was courteous and professional, nothing seemed to be a problem for them.
The email to say the lens had been updated and was in the post already was a pleasant surprise.

Very rude unprofessional staff, and extremely slow at doing simple repairs.
After getting my lens back after months of waiting i got it home to find dust trapped inside the lens between the elements.

Don't say you haven't been told. This camera repair organisation is I would say the best in Australia. They are prompt, so welcoming and utterly professional. No need to look any further for photographic repairs, because Hartland is a touchdown every time. Don't say you weren't told. Rob and Linda.

Very helpful on the phone and a free inspection. The first problem was more severe but righted itself but not to perfect focus. Unfortunately, their inspection resulted in the same conclusion another people had mentioned in other reviews. Problem (lens) very expensive to buy and have replaced.
There goes my wonderful camera (Coolpix S9500).
Next camera will be simpler.
Nothing in it for them after a free inspection as they don't sell cameras.

They went beyond the call to repair 2 lenses and my camera in next to no time with nothing too hard for them! Much appreciated.

They just updated the firmware on my Tamron 150 - 600mm lens as requested. Past jobs to my Coolpix L820, gave me some over the phone advice on my D90 and serviced my D700 with a sensor and mirror box clean and firmware update. Quick turn around, highly recommended!

Always excellent service. I get my camera sensors cleaned here. They have arranged same day turn around for me, which is great as I don't live in Perth and drive 3 hours to see them. Will be heading back to get my cameras cleaned again real soon.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff; satisfied with the service as well; I have repaired 2 cameras by now here and had no problems at all. It took about 7 business day.
