Such a friendly welcoming pharmacy!
They always price match and cheer us up. Im on a very rare medication and Phil always makes sure he has my medication in stock!

Went in with script and ask tall older guy how much.reply was "why do you ask " in a very rude manner. I was stunned.because you are the dearest discount chemist around! I will not go back! Not the first time this guy has been rude.but I try to shop local but not at this chemist.

Went in for cold & flu tablets pharmacist was more then happy to check their records to ensure I got correct cold & flu tablets for a friend that did not comprise medication he took.
Can't comment on price wise as was only in the area but always found this chemist helpful when I do use it

Medicine are too pricey. They always charge doubled amount, what actual price on other chemist. Don't go there they rip off customers.

Visited this store last Saturday am and unfortunately had a very poor experience I had previously purchased 2 packets of antihistamine tablets (their own brand) the packets were sealed and I explained had no further use for them and requested a credit the young lady went to the chemist Philip Tomazin and he just said NO did not get an explanation and Philip did not pay me the courtesy of coming out and having a conversation and whilst I am disappointed about not receiving a credit I am most disappointed about the appalling customer service as I have shopped at this store since opening spent quite a lot of money so saddened at this lack of service.

I go out of my way to see these guys if I need something since Phil and team are super helpful. Not to mention they usually have prescriptions in hand that aren't common at other chemists plus prescription prices compared to Priceline/ Chemist Warehouse are very much neck and neck.

This is a ripoff. This drug store is the most expensive. All the medicine are expensive than any other drug stores around. I will never go back.

White Guy pharmacist need people skill very intimidating personality and does not make you welcome and confirmable. We (me and my wife) only step in this pharmacy when we are in desperate situation.

I was told by three other pharmacies that my migraine medication is unavailable Australia wide. Phil found a pharmacy with stock north of the river, picked it up from them and personally delivered it to my house.

I dont normally write reviews (especially positive ones), but this is the one review i have to express.

Long story short, GP prescribe a wrong medicine for a child. They are able to spot that and call the GP for query. GP change the prescription based on their recommendation. Just imagine the damage could have done to an infant having wrong medicine.

Rude, overpriced and creepy! Medication is 50% more expensive than other chemists, even on querying you receive a sarcastic response from Phil. Never have full range of stock, unhelpful, didn’t even know what excema was. Phil is a rude and sarcastic chemist with no people skills and disgusting customer service. Most locals are finally starting to see this. Refuse to ever shop there again.

We were charged by that lady Pharmacist to sign as a witness. We have paid for it but this was first time ever to know.

Rip off dont shop here there prices are jacked way to high. And the asian guy there needs to learn how to smile.oh and the guy phil needs people skills

Most expensive discount store I have been to. Antibiotics and cream for my 4 year old son $56.67 here, but is only $23.89 as Chemist Warehouse.
I wont be filling prescriptions here again.

Updated; Visited again today, and true to their word they price matched to chemist warehouse. So credit where credit is due.

The owner is very helpful. Always happy to have a joke and put a smile on your face, but at the same time, very helpful. Excellent local chemist. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always had horrible service everytime we go! Cashiers are very rude and disinterested. Will not be going again.
