It's not every day any of us decide to purchase a new home, in particular when doing so from interstate. Although lucky enough to have close relatives doing the "footwork" on my behalf, Angela made the process so much easier than I'd anticipated. They have managed my property for over one year and in that time they overcharged me by hundreds the first month, not paid my rates for months leaving them in arrears, paid a company that performed no work on my house money, not paid my water bill, it took months to have the hot water system changed while the tenant lit the pilot light daily, they left my tenant with her car trapped in the garage because our agent Allison went on days off without organising the repair when notified before her days off & the list continues.

I have terminated their contract as I have zero confidence in the organisation of the company or the professionalism of my agent. I have moved to a smaller agent in the hopes that with less cogs in the machine their will not be the same issues of a larger company like Harcourts Mandurah.

We used Angela Strong from Harcourts Mandurah to sell our property in Seascapes, Mandurah. We found Angela to be straight down the line, easy to understand and honest with her approach to selling.
Angela kept us informed at all times of interest in the property, and we were very happy when we received a strong offer after only two home opens and only being on the market for 4 weeks. This we believe was because we listened to the advice Angela gave and she was realistic on where the market currently was at.

No returm call. Emails are not responded. Calls always transferred with only voice mail for one week.
