Jade Peary is our property manager for our investment property. As nervous investors /landlord. Jade takes the worry out for us and the care and details she puts into our property is second to none. She communicates with us in a timely fashion, before I even start worrying.

She has done our first inspection and set actions to let the tenants know we have an expectation to keep too. Also lets us know of things we may have to lookout for. Also she has sourced services to help us fix a few issues to do with the Property.
