Dirty place, roachs on the floor, food very average at best non existent customer service. Do not recommend! Will never eat hans again, I highly doubt it would pass health and safety standards anywhere

Do not eat here
On our arrival we had bottle of wine, didnt even offer glasses
We eventually after 5 min of waiting for someone asked for glasses amd asked to order, they said "oh its $2.80 for the glasses" we said yes, whatever thats fine
Then we ordered
Our seafood rice - prawns all still had poo inside except 1
Lamb curry had hair inside

We ate what we could, left most of it
No one came to ask how we were going

We got up to pay, she came straight over, didnt ask how things were and just said "thats $65 please"
I paid and then showed her the food
She didnt seem to think anything was wromg with it and reluctantly said "sorry"

Rude, arrogant staff
Food was disgusting

Do not go here guys, find somewhere else
Will never come here again

Worst food i have ever been delivered. Shop most unhelpful.blaming uber eats for quality. Dont order food here.rude.unhelpful and blame others for bad inedible food.

Worst won ton soup we have ever had.
Bought 3 and threw them all away.
Will never go back.
Went to the warwick store.

Ordered the steamed chicken rice and when I got home the soup was just hot water and sping onions thrown into it.
Very disappointing!
Even the rice was average and ginger sauce. Well I threw that out.

Just got this travesty of a meal from Hans Cafe Warwick. Burnt practically empty wontons, burnt dry inedible garlic chicken and in what universe is this a chicken wing. They increased their prices and screwed with the menu expecting customers not to notice. O was told it would ne a 20 minute wait and instead finally got out 45 minutes later. I'm absolutely disgusted with the product they served and wont comeback. Another customer ordered off menulog and her order was left on the counter for anothwr 20 minutes.

Waited 15mins for order to be taken Waited 30 mins for 8 spring rolls and waited another 45 mins for mains only because I had to go up. Forgot kids meal, cooked after reminded so burning hot when it came out. Slow service and unapologetic. Clearing tables and takeaway orders were their priority. Food was average

A good range of food choices to suit many tastes. Good service and most items are cooked to order.
Credit cards accepted and plenty of free parking nearby.

Had lunch here with my daughter midweek so we were the only customers service was be very quick beers icy cold food fresh delicious all in all very cool restaurant apparently gets very busy in the evening prices are in par with others cheers

Awsome place so clean food is great along with the prices. Such a wonderful café to have lunch or dinner before heading to go and see a movie. Very child friendly a perfect children's menu.

Love the mild beef salad & prawn tom yum great place to go with the kids! Staff are a great even when I'm slightly catty thumbs up guys.

My husband and I ate there 3 weeks ago and my husband got mild food poisoning. The food was not fresh at all. We will not be going back.

Hubby and I have visited here quite often, food is absolutely delicious, service is quick and staffare very pleasant, we plan on visiting again in a few weeks for hubby's birthday

Good cheap eat. No frills, not fancy but filling and on a budget. You are guaranteed a good portion. Pad Thai will set you back about $12 and a Tom Yum Noodle Soup is about $15.

Service is fast and the food good. Perfect for families and kids alike.

Service is average - don't order the garlic chicken. Bland and tastes like something from a jar at Coles.

Clean and neat restaurant but terrible service. Were made to stand at the door for ages while they cleared tables in a nearly empty restaurant. We then sat there for 20 minutes and no one took our order. They just cleared tables. Walked out and went to the wok in a box style place next-door. Disappointed considering I really enjoy their food in other places.

Took the grandchildren for tea. This is our second visit and again was most enjoyable the children ate everything. Sevice was quick and friendly. Will be back

Essentially, they do the absolute minimum to serve you. For instance, I was blown away when I asked for soy sauce, and was told "it's over there", with the waitress pointing across the restaurant.
