Han's Cafe

Seats in the booths are very low and damaged. I asked 3 times for a glass to go with my beer, it never arrived. Our drinks came 10 minutes apart.
No plates accompanied the main course, we had to ask for them.
There was problems in try to pay half the bill each.
I won't be going back.

I looked at the menu on the official Hans Cafe website and placed a phone order. I tried to order the bbq pork rice from the favourites menu and the lady kept trying to put down bbq pork fried rice. I had to clarify 4 times, even again with another waitress after the phone was handed off to her, even quoting the menu item number. When I got there the price was higher than I expected (by 30%). I showed them their official website with their menu and prices I used to order and the waitress told me that they are old prices and they have new ones. When I queried and said they should update their website, she pointed to the menus on the counter and said the new prices are in there (not helpful when I'm phoning an order through) and that everyone knows that they raised their prices. I don't care that the prices have gone up, that is expected in the current economic climate, but I didn't appreciate the attitude when pointing out that they should update their official website to reflect this.

The food was also average, not as good as it used to be and the horrible service and attitude will ensure I won't be going back.

The food was very tasty, just the one problem I will mention at the end as to why we will never go back.
We got the beef curry, BBQ pork noodles, fried wontons, special fried rice and a cookie monster cocktail each.
The curry was addictive, the meat was falling apart in every dish, service was good, but the cocktails had no alcohol in them, we think that maybe both of our cocktails were made using the measurements for one drink and then extra milk was added to make up the size difference.
We will not go back though. We were the very first people in the restaurant that day, to the point where we even watched them flip the closed sign while we were standing out the front. No one else came in while we were eating so I was the first person that day to use the bathroom.
It was the most vile, most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen. The bin was overflowing onto the floor, not a small bin either which already tells me it's been a long time since it was cleaned. Both of the two toilets were COVERED in old, dried up urine. The seats, the lids, the back of the seats, behind the toilets and the floor were all covered in dry urine it was revolting! It very clearly hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I'd hate to see what the kitchen is like. I couldn't go I had to get out of there we paid the bill and left and I went to the nice clean bathroom at the shopping centre.

Usually very good. Tonight however I ordered takeaway. I sent my husband to pick up and he had to sit there for quite a while. Our meal was sitting on reception desk but I had said that Robert would pick up and he had said order was for Rob. The order was also wrong. One of the meals I ordered was BBQ Pork rice. I got fried rice with pork in it.

Very rude girls and so unprofessional even had to ask to check her till as realised I had given an extra $50 note and she didn’t even return it till I asked. Will never go again

Have had 3 delivery orders recently and for the most part, they’ve been disappointing. The good = the Vietnamese rice paper rolls; these were fresh and delicious, a good size and price. The average = the chicken pad thai. The bad = the chicken cashew nut - overcooked & stringy chicken, with a few pieces of veg, submerged in a thin runny sauce that made up about 1/3 of the takeaway container, & turned the cashews into an unpleasant soggy mess. Haven’t tried dining in so can’t comment on that.

Compliments to the chef, the food was really nice. However, the two waitresses were extremely annoying! At first it was nice to hear some laughter, but then the Loud whispering and the giggling didn't stop and it got louder and louder, even my 5 yr old asked me to ask them to be quiet! As the young girls had overheard my 5 yr old she was very rude to me at the till when it was time to pay. I got a funny look and told in a sulky way how much our dinner was. Food was very nice but the service very immature.forgot to mention that after eating here we all had what seemed like 'food poisoning '. Looking at some of the other reviews its quite apparent that food hygiene isn't made a priority!

Basil beef smelt really bad, beef was tough. The fish golden was drowned in liquid and very tough. Disgusting and ended up in the bin, waste of $50!

The place is calm and cozy, the food is amazing and prices are fair! I ordered satay beef and BBQ pork bun. Highly recommend!

Speed: okay, Uber eats ordered at 4.20pm, arrived at 5.05pm. (We are roughly 10 mins away)

Packing: Neat, secure.

Food: Average

Utensils: requested, but none with delivery.

Really find the utensils missing annoying. We could really not have any chopsticks or fork with us, and how would you like us to eat the fried rice and fried noodles?

Pls read the orders more careful in future.

Not Bad! The Laksa was very nice except for the squid, could of bounced it off the wall was that rubbery.

Have ordered from here about 3 times from uber, The food quality looks like the ingredients have been sitting around for a few days. On 2 occasions I felt mildly sick after eating and discarded the food so just be aware of that.

Never again, I had the beef curry and was sitting on the toilet 5 minutes after eating only quarter of it. The noise in there was terrible with staff dragging chairs, never will eat there again. My friend who was with me was totally appalled at the whole experience, don't go there. Disgraceful

Just had a very unpleasant meal from hans Cafe warwick. We ordered 2 x garlic chicken, 2 x fried rice, 2 x noodles, 1 x green Thai curry, 1 x stay beef ($130 later). Well not sure where to start with this. Every meal was well OVER cooked to the point wherewe won't even able to eat 4 out of 8 dishes. Very disappointing to the point where I phone them back up to see if they had a change of ownership in the last 12 months. They said " there has been no change in ownership and they are very sorry " I wish we could have taken the food back. Got to say I won't be back to the warwick hans Cafe again.

I went there either Sunday or Monday night for dinner, and the next morning I was throwing up and going to the toilet none stop!

Been a week now and I am still shuffling from gastro and I am 34 weeks pregnant and I am so sick:/ from going there for dinner

I will never eat there again

Slow service staff rude and completely stuffed up our order worst hans by far wouldnt come back also staff screaming at there workers while we could all hear

Love the food and friendly staff. The toilets are not good though.the doors are broken and can't be secured. Had an interesting experience with someone walking in on me.

Bland pad Thai, super soggy and average sweet and sour pork. Paid $70, worth about $25. Never again

Ordered through Uber eats a fried rice and spring rolls, food smelt horrible and the sauce with I think was supposed to be sweet chilli was like water and the smell nearly made me vomit. Stay away from here

Ordered a takeaway! Supposed to be red curry chicken and rice. Arrived in a thick disgusting tasteless sauce! Satay sticks were huge chunks of chicken floating in water. Some were raw! I rang the restaurant a female refused to let me talk to a manager or senior staff member. She said that the chicken curry comes in a thick sauce not a soup like curry! But it doesn't say that on the website! She said what do you want me to do about it? I asked for a refund and she said no! Food went in the bin! Inedible! My recommendation! Don't eat here! Don't order take away! Check reviews and go elsewhere!
