My dog is registered with this clinic and he even had a Cruciate Ligament Surgery. They are very busy but polite staff, helpful and I always feel confident to go there. My dog is not very friendly and they always know how to deal with him and always calm and professional. I am really happy with the services provided.

In case of emergency bring your dog in so you can be told they aren't going to see your dog and tell you that a hunk of flesh torn down to the bone is not an emergency and tell you to go else where while being extremely rude the entire time me and my family have always come to this vet such a Shame to see them hire such rude irresponsible nurses shame on you

Hanly Vet Clinic & Hospital is the best!? I've been going there since the 80s with various pets over the years. ‍? They treat your pets like their own, and grieve over them with you. Gary, Darius & the team are just fabulous ️ Thank you for everything you do for our animals ️

We have been going to Hanly Vets for over 40yrs with our pets.
They are honest, caring and compassionate.
Their prices are very affordable compared to some other vets.
Their staff are friendly and kind. We have no hesitation recommending
them to friends and family.

I've been taking my fur babies to this place for many years and have always been treated with kindness and respect. The vets and nurses are very caring and competent. The prices for their services are extremely competitive.

I have been taking both of my dogs to Hanly Vet Clinic for more than 6 years. In my experience, it's the most affordable compare to other vet clinics I've been to.
Dr. Gary, Dr. Dariusz and the team have been very caring, patient and compassionate. I can't thank them enough.

Love from the fur babies,
Jade & Missy

Dr Garry is very rude, aggressive and foul mouthed! My 90year old mother was in tears after 2 minutes in the same room as this man! He is not gentle with animals at all. Id rather pay extra for pet care than take an animal into this dirty old surgery with a hurtful aggressive unkind vet DR GARRY HENLEY! Avoid him at all costs! Wanted to give a zero star rating!

Exceptional practise. Affordable. And genuinely care about the pets not the profits. Can. Not. Recommend. Them. Enough. Perfect in every way.

This afternoon, I came out of the Vet shocked, traumatised and heartbroken.
My Pomeranian-JackRussell went for his vaccine and we received the worst service I've ever seen.
When we entered the room, I could see the Vet and a woman holding a grey towel. They asked me to place my dog on the table. Then, the woman grabbed him and covered his whole face and body with the towel, as if they were kidnapping him.
My dog got scared and was not happy. He growled and wanted to bite. The Vet was then looking for my dog's mouth and he shoveled the needle hub into his mouth.
I was such in a shock that I didn't know how to react and I couldn't speak up.
They didn't even talk about the vaccine.
I asked for general check-up and they didn't even want to provide the service, saying that my dog is being aggressive.
They were very rude and wouldn't even answer when I was talking to them.
That Vet and that woman do not deserve to work with pets. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTISE.
Shame on them! Shame on Hanly Vet Clinic & Hospital!
How can they treat pets like that? So rude and not human!
We are definitely not going back there and I do NOT recommend this Vet.

Took my cat to Hanly Vet a few weeks ago after finding it had a large cut on its chest that had become infected. I had been to Hanly previously for cat sterilisations and vaccinations. Rang on a Saturday morning, couldn't make a booking, but was told to come in and they will get me in. Got there at 10: 30, saw the vet almost immediately, and came back at 1pm to collect my cat after it had been sedated and stitched up. I was told initially a cost range of between $400 and$900 and had to make deposit of $400 prior to leaving the cat. Ended up costing ~$750. Was asked to bring cat back the following week to had stitches removed, but the wound hadn't quite healed, so came back a week later and they were removed. No addition costs.

The three vets I saw were very nice and helpful, handle my cat well. The people in reception were nice and helpful as well.

Amazing veterinary care, so compassionate, reasonable prices.
This practice have looked after our many fur family members over the years.our rescue babies, neighbourhood strays that adopted us, ones we took in from elderly relatives, many living long happy healthy lives with their expert care, sharing the sad moments of old age and when they passed.

Known the owner for a long time, I know he's a great guy. Had a very unfortunate experience with a staff worker putting down a family pet without any form of sedative and our poor girl made the most awful noise. Definitely gave me reservations about going back there for a little while. However, during my last visit I was dealing with yet a different staff member and he was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions with no hesitation, drew a little diagram when I expressed confusion and was very, very kind and polite when dealing with both me and my cat (who is twelve, a big, old boy). The only thing I can say is make sure you ask for your blankets back! I had to go back and ask for mine the next day as I hadn't noticed they had actually taken it out of the cat carrier on our way home. The blanket held familial significance and yeah, was not expecting to have it taken from me even if it was by, "accident". They'd laundered it and everything and said that it, "Must have gotten mixed in with our stuff" which is near impossible considering my cat was taken to an operating room so, why would the blanket have been taken from the carrier in the first place? In any case, aside from the one vet whom I will not name as they still work for the clinic, I can vouch for the owner and the other staff members at Hanly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The best vet in all of Perth.

Took my cat coco in to get checked out as I thought she had a jaw issue and they did xrays and found she need teeth out and they quoted a price and stuck to that price.

There professionalisation and manner etc went way above and beyond what I could imagine.

Give them a call today as they are the only vet clinic I will refer people to from now on.

Incredible service with high standard effort and values. Hanly VC&H creates a welcoming atmosphere for both our furry/fluffy/feathered companions and us, the customers. My quails were in the care of the highly experienced veterinarian and staffs who’s offered no less than admirable services. 11/10 could not have set a more outstanding picture of a true caring and compassionate workplace. - K. Great vet. Been coming here for 19 years now. I wouldn't go to another vet. We have always had lovely service here and our pets well taken care of. Dogs and cats.
