It has improved since the new management took over. The menu is basic, but cooked reasonably well. Looking forward to seeing more improvement to come

Go to a lot of pubs on weekends and fish and chips is my favourite. Five out five for sure, maybe not so much green stuff, it took up half the plate and a bit of cucumber and a bit more tomato would be great. My son had a prawn pizza and loved it. Going back for sure.

Had dinner here Sunday night for Fathers Day. All the family enjoyed their meals and service was great.

Really can’t fault anything. The food was great and the service was amazing. The new owner has done an excellent job with bringing the tavern back to life. We will definitely be returning

I love the Chicken burger and every food of the tav, the chefs are amazing and the whole environment is exciting. Also they provide happy hours and good deals.

Actually, this little pub gives an almost, country town pub vibe. Very cozy in the dining area. Wood fire, all jarrah table tops. Staff are very nice and the service is good.

The meals were fresh and great price I can see this being a real country pub vibe with music on a Saturday night

Things I would recommend is
Ham on the parma
Baby change table
Proper peppercorn gravy

Pretty lousy for our ONLY local pub.
Pity we can't put zero stars, even then itd be too many!

Jack the owner is always very friendly and welcoming. Thursdays and Fridays are always a hit because they do the wooden spoon raffle. Always a good atmosphere. The food is consistently good aswell, thank you for always giving us great service. I love that this is my local:)

The best parmi we have had in a very long time, huge schnitzel lovely amount of cheese and tasty nap sauce
Kids meals are very good value $10 for a massive pasta that fed both my children and they absolutely loved it

They fixed the place up a bit, but no decent beers on tap and the service was absolutely disgusting. The girl behind the bar had no manners whatsoever nor was she interested in serving me. Why would you employ someone like that. Boycott this place for sure!

Very nice food. We were allowed to order from the kids as they didn't have a senior menu.
The size of meal was enough for female seniors.
It was very yummy too.

The owner is a friendly hard working man who is making the pub a much nicer place to visit, the food was absolutely amazing with nothing to fault, best steak we’ve ever had and cooked to perfection, the fish was so fresh and just melted in your mouth, we will be back more often for sure.

Also your carpark is terrible and needs to be ripped up, not patched every week.

Have come here quite a lot since moving to Forrestfield and can say since the new owners it’s a decent little pub. Have come for dinner and lunch a few times and have enjoyed the meals. Look forward to coming back!

For a small pub.the food is great and the staff are super friendly and patient.
Bought my toddler here and even the kids meals are a decent size

Limited beet selection and no food. Could really do with some tlc.
