Carlie is very professional with great ideas and knowledge. She transformed my dry brittle hair to shiny and strong with the recommended instore products and the color that was chosen is perfect for my skin complexion.
Carlies co- workers are also wonderful which makes my regular appointments always enjoyable.

Had an appointment today. Very happy with my experience. Hair was in pretty bad condition but my stylist Danelle was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Carlie is the BEST hairdresser I have come across. With her years of experience and expertise, she makes you feel very comfortable. She offers great advice and is not afraid of a challenge. She has been my hairdresser through my blond and brunette phases and is always open to try new things. I can't see myself going anywhere but to her! 10/10:)

Bought a hair product. Bad customer service. I don't feel the staff wanted to be there. Not going back.

The service I received today was horrible. While
One staff member was doing hair the other staff member was fluffing around the computers. Other than the 2 women sitting in the chairs having hair trims there was no one else in the store. The person at the computer didn’t acknowledge me for over 5 minutes. When the person finally noticed me and came over I was blown away by his smell. He was not helpful, not professional and smelt and looked as if he needed a shower. Not a great experience and lost a sale
