I’m a new customer in Hairhouse Midland. Couple of months ago I just walked in without making an appointment. The owner just accommodated and introduced her apprenticeship to me. I was super happy with my hair blow dry and curls. Bec the apprenticeship does an excellent job with everything and she is a fantastic! She listens to what I want and has great suggestions. Now I have confidence in my hairstyle and have received so many compliments from people. Bec is friendly and she has a great customer service. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed with Bec. Went here to get my hair done for a school ball, had an amazing experience, staff are so friendly, moderately priced and they did such a great job with my hairstyle, definitely recommend.

I received the best service I have in a very long time from a salon. I was looked after from the moment I stepped into the salon. I am legally blind & the staff were absolutely AMAZING! Not only did I get a total hair transformation, it was done professionally, at a fantastic price & by a team of supportive & encouraging ladies. Fantastic place for my 1st there, I will be back! Hi, a genuine question, do you have to be a hairdresser to purchase the products that you guys have on sale. Just wondering because in some cases you have to be and i'm just making sure:)

I got a hair cut from a lovely lady with purple and blue hair (I forgot her name, apologies). She was very patient with me due nerves etc.and really did a great job and I love my hair cut.

Today I received outstanding service and advice from a young lady here! Unfortunately I did not catch her name but she had blue hair if I recall correctly. She went above and beyond to help me with my hair concerns, and recommended some really great products, I really appreciated her knowledge and the time she spent helping me choose appropriately, such a wonderful credit to your team

Was served by Barbara today who helped me choose the right straightener for my hair type. Very helpful & answered all my questions

Very unhappy with the last visit there. The toner i was given left me with blue and green streaks. Not even close to what i asked for and was charged a fortune. I went to another salon to have it fixed. In 2 visits was charged almost $600. Very upset and will not go there again.

Had my hair cut here today very basic hair cut short on the side and back and take a bit of the top.
The way the guy cut me made me nervous already how he held the clippers.
The side where all uneven ended up walking next door to big w and bought a shaver and shaved my all of my hair off to a nummer 1.
I would not recommend anyone to go here.

They stock a huge range of hair products and they always have the right advice.

The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Unhelpful, unwilling to help.customers seems to irritate the staff when questions were asked about products. Management please see that the midland shop get training on how to be friendly & customer oriented. Staff need major attitude adjustments.

Have been coming here since they opened and every time the service is amazing! The ladies are lovely and always meticulous with my hair and any time i need a new product they talk me through what each product does and how it would benefit me. Absolutely love this salon!
