I spontaneously booked a appointment earlier in the week after years of going to a home salon. I was nervous to have someone else do my hair but I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Hannah did a awesome job and I'm so happy with the colour. We ran a bit short on time, and Hannah was juggling me and another client. Your staff member Penny stepped up and went above and beyond for me making sure I was leaving with 100% satisfaction. And I did. Thank you both so much. I will definitely be recommending my girlfriends to you.

Worst experience of my life, I still have the photos of how my hair came out! Went in for balayage (touch up) my hair was turned into a horrible brown grey tone long story short, was almost accused of doing something to sabotage my hair, 5bleachs in one week (to fix) still looked off colour, was over charged and lost about 3-4 inches of my hair due too breakage - don’t go there!

I came to this salon last night having good expections, I left In tears and very unhappy with dead, yellow hair when I asked for a simple baylayge. I don’t recommend this salon unless you want something you didn’t ask for. She had to tone my hair several times because she did not do the color correct, I asked for a full head of foils and she did half a head and just painted the rest on I’m not impressed especially with the price they expected me to pay. My hair is now dry, yellow and stinks of bleach.

NEVER COME HERE unless you want your hair yellow and dead, my best friends hair was absolutely ruined. It had terrible service and did not meet the expectations they ensured they would do. I’m very dissapointed as this is a fairly new hair dressing bussiness in Joondalup and I’m disgusted in how my best friends hair was done. Never come here to get your hair cut or dyed because you’ll be very dissapointed in the end result.

Was lucky enough to walk in on a Saturday for a blow dry from the lovely Stef had so many compilations would highly recommend xx
