Deb is just a superstar. Everyone I go to for advice is always amazing, but Deb is next level. I came in with problems of my perm, which is causing my hair to break off in clumps. Deb didn't know straight away but she rang her peem specialist at another store and helped me get a product that is going to help. And she made sure to help keep it cheap for me! I would recommend this store to ANYONE

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting Hairhouse Joondalup with my partner, for what we initially thought would be a simple browsing session. My mission: to find a solution to enhance the straightening process of my naturally curly hair, which has always been a challenge.

I had the privilege of meeting Deb, a delightful representative of the store who guided me through the process. She was attentive, curious, and seemed genuinely eager to help. I explained my routine - blow drying my hair post-wash to achieve a straightened look, which unfortunately wasn't holding up as I desired. We pondered the possibility of my Dyson hairdryer being the issue, yet quickly dismissed it, as Deb rightly affirmed the brand's reputable standing.

Then, an epiphany struck me - could my aging straightener be the root of my hair-styling woes? Deb was splendid in her approach, suggesting top-tier straighteners in line with my request, without pushing me towards the priciest option. I gave her a free rein on the price, saying, "Money isn't an issue, I just want the best of the best. "

Her explanation about why the suggested straightener would suit me was enlightening, straightforward, and so detailed that I did not need to probe further. We also discussed the proper usage of heat protectant spray, and she patiently answered all my questions until I had a clear understanding. Her sincere and honest demeanor coupled with a delightful sense of humor made our interaction enjoyable and rewarding.

Bad. The person that cut my hair was a trainee and after I specifically asked for layers she continued to cut my hair when she only knew how to do a blunt, straight cut. She ruined my hair so bad that the other hairdresser had to fix it. Still after fixing it, it looked horrible. I left with not even close to what I asked for.

Had the most amazing experience for helix piercing for my daughter with Chantelle she was phenomenal completely painless and also went through a piercing plan with us. She advised when, where & how and health and safety was her top priority. We wanted multiple she advised why that was a bad idea and explained the healing process and what will work best she was so fun and friendly, super impressed will definitely be back in a couple of months for the next piercing! Oh and far more affordable than any other piercing place we have been as well as by far the best experience we have had! Love your work Chantelle!

I came in this morning to ask for some hair care advice and suggestions for products, Deb was absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and knowledgeable, not only helping me find products but taking the time to explain why certain issues may be occurring with my hair. I highly recommend this place.

Ella is amazing! I have been going to her for my colour and cut for 3 years now and have never been disappointed. Other salons ask what colour you want, show you swatches and that's what you get. With Ella you tell her what you want and she makes something 10 times more amazing that you can imagine! I don't plan on going anywhere else. EVER!

Where to even start? The service was phenomenal, Ella did my colour and she was fantastic and bright and bubbly despite me being her very first appointment. She worked absolute magic, bringing out a colour I never expected to achieve. I lovey hair so so so much, can't stop smiling! Thank you so much Ella!

I had little time available, but really needed help on which was the best product to buy. The lady asked me a few questions and then immediately suggested the best product for my needs.
She was so professional and knowledgeable it was such a pleasure, as i was n a hurry she respected that and did prolong the discussion.
I took the product, and after using it a few times I have to say, she was so correct, it really is the best!
The next time i need any hair products in the future, this will definitely be my go to store!

I recently had my bellybutton pierced by Gemma, she was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job. The receptionist I spoke to over the phone was also lovely and super welcoming. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get piercings.

Ashley the professional peircer is absolutely amazing! I’ve gotten my daith, conch and belly Peirced by her and I’ve had such good experiences. I’ll be back to get my industrial done!

I just had my forward helix pierced by the ever so lovely Ashley and it was one of the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. Amazing service, such a friendly environment and extremely sanitary. Will be back!

The girls at this hair salon are amazing I recommend them to anyone. My hair dresser has always made sure I am happy with what is being done and my hair always comes out with results beyond what I thought and I am always in love with them. I consider this hair salon my family they are so welcoming and being someone who has self confidence issues this salon makes it so easy to feel beautiful.
