After a disastrous hair cut at a different hairdresser I booked in for a emergency haircut at Hair Associates, they fixed it and it turned out amazing. I walked in feeling embarrassed but walked out feeling on top of the world. Once again thanks for helping out with my messed up hair and turning it into looking amazing.

Get my hair done here every month, love the Staff there and Tamara really cares for your hair and the finishing is amazing! She is lovely thank you ️

Disappointing experience. Asked for a specific cut and was treated aggressively and told it wasn't possible when I have had it cut that way before. Hair was uneven when I looked after coming home. Asked for length to be preserved and she cut 15cm off. Charged more that advertised on website. Won't be going back.

*After Review* Salon manager did call and apologise for the experience with the stylist so likely this is just a one off experience with the stylist having a bad day.

Just fell upon this gem by accident driving past I saw scissors and braked. I had already waited half an hour in front at a barbers. They were great, offered a fab coffee and a great cut. The girls are hot and helpful. They fitted me in and I am extremely pleased. I will definitely be back.

I want to extend a big THANK YOU to the ladies at Hair Associates - Tamara and Laura are truly passionate about what they do here and caring for their clients. I came in really unhappy, with damaged, odd
mismatched hair after a previous salon messed it up. Laura and Tamara went out of their way to not only test my hair, but also educated me on what I could expect/what was achievable and did what they could to fix the hair and minimise further damage. You are both clearly very meticulous and passionate about hair and I can't thank you both enough for how you have made me feel confident and happy in my hair again after a year of struggling with it! I travel almost 1.5 hours via bus & train.because I trust no one else to do my hair! Friendly & relaxing vibe, filled with professionals who not only know how to "do" hair - but make you feel like you're an old friend. That kind of atmosphere is worth a million bucks!

Today I went to Hair Associates for the first time. I was so impressed with Crystal's professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. Her advice also was refreshingly honest and I truly appreciated it. Sophie who washed and massaged my hair was wonderful too. This salon is a gem and I'm so relieved I found it. Thank you so much ladies!

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A GOOD HAIRDRESSER FOR QUITE SOME TIME SINCE THE ONE I WAS USING HAD LEFT AND I WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE WHERE SGE WENT. I HAVE FOUND HAIR ASSOCIATES HAVE HAD LINDSEY CUT MY HAIR THREE TIMES NOW, AND AM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS BUSINESS. ALSO HAPPY WITH COLOURING I HAVE HAD. ALL THE GIRLS ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY.

Tamara at Hair Associates is amazing, she is great at cutting short or ling edgier hair styles.

I ve been getting my hair done with crystal for 15+ years. I have travelled to each salon she has worked at. Palmyra is no different. Her colourwork is great and is very experienced. She also makes a great coffee ;). The overall salon seemed nice, all the staff were busy. Looking forward to going back.
