Absolutely love my experience going to Hair Associates! A huge shoutout to Jess who spent each moment perfecting my hair giving me a beautiful fade of gold to blonde tips and a K18 mask that does the job of repair and replenish the hair follicles. My hair is very volumed and hard to tackle and Jess the superstar she is turned my hair into photo shoot worthy perfection I could not recommend Hair Associates more, such warm and friendly faces always making the experience worth your wild! I’m not great with know what products suit my hair best and Jess gave me the best advice on what products suit my texture of hair. So so pleased and will definitely be back every time! It's been a few years since I keep coming back here, even after moving 30min North. Had my hair with foils done with Louisa today (I hope I spelled the name right). An amazing outcome. Very happy and pleased. Exactly how I wanted. Professional result, perfectly splendid! Recommend 100%

I followed Pam my hairdresser from her old salon, so I knew I would walk out feeling so happy with my new hair. When I walked in to Hair Associates the girls were so welcoming and friendly and loved the salon.

Such a lovely, friendly experience in salon. I have very thick, long hair and am often made to feel like an inconvenience when I go to a hairdresser. Jess and team were more than happy to spend the time on my hair, and I’m really happy with the blonde colour, thanks to Jess’ knowledge and expertise around colour. They also give the best head massages and I will be recommending to everyone, great salon.

I went here to get my dark blonde hair that had been stained with years of dying it pink bleached and coloured to a nice pastel pink, the service was overall good.

I had a consultation and the stylist and I had a very clear understanding but in the time between my consultation and my appointment that stylist had left, but I explained what I wanted and showed some reference pictures to the new stylist and she showed understanding.

I wanted a full head of foils starting an inch or two from root, with a seamless natural blend from the roots to help with regrowth and a pastel dusty rose pink colour.
I ended up with purple roots and neon pink/orange hair with a rather harsh bleach line throughout most of my head.

The bleaching process went alright beside the regrowth line (bleach did get on my black shirt which was disappointing but an easy fix with dye). Given I had several salons turn me away out of fear of frying my hair I was very happy with the outcome my hair had extremely minimal damage.
But due to the bleach and colour being so close to my root unlike how I asked, I asked to put a new colour in at the roots to blend it out. My stylist agreed and recommended a few colours but when deciding on what colour to use for the root my stylist made the comment “I have other clients you know” which wasn’t very helpful especially as I have rather bad anxiety ended with me choosing a root colour I didn’t want, as I didn’t want to waste anymore of her time with mixing up different colours for me to look at.

I went back a day later for a haircut that ended up having to get recut as the ends were extremely choppy, I’ll give the benefit of doubt that my stylist was sick that day and tried to reschedule but I was unable to.

The environment was overall enjoyable and welcoming but with the price I paid I’m rather disappointed with the end result, it’s been a few months since and my original colour has washed out and I’ve been able to put in my own colour that’s what I asked for that I got for $40 at a local hair supply store. Rather than the $400 I spent here.it had potential to be a really good experience but just didn’t meet the mark. I feel it’s not a coincidence they didn’t post my before and after photos on their instagram.

The staff are very friendly and i got a great hairdresser that took her time to listen to what I wanted. She took her time and did a great job. I have found a new hairdresser now.

Not very efficient customer service. I made a reservation for today and when I arrived, they had made a mistake and it was booked for another day. Very unpleasant. And the refund of the 50$ prepayment did not come directly and on time to my account. Very unpleasant for the customer. This way they managed to lose a customer who could be a regular if the service was efficient.

Great atmosphere! Jess did a brilliant colour job, exactly what I wanted, I was slotted in at short notice & love my hair!

Jess was absolutely wonderful with my 6 year old Kobe, his haircut was done exactly as we wanted it so we will be back soon for a trim. He was given a homemade cookie were the icing on the cake he couldn't

Honestly 10/10 service. Lady in blue shirt told me exactly what she would do, she knew what I wanted even when I didn’t know myself, and it was just good service overall.

Bree was very attentive and offered some great suggestions when I told her that I wanted a change of style. She asked lots of questions and sought feedback, involving me completely in the process of coming up with my fabulous and fresh new style. The salon in general is welcoming, friendly and upbeat.

What a gem this salon is, not only are the staff lovely but the quality of service is outstanding. Bree does an amazing job with my hair and I can highly recommend Hair Associates for anyone looking for a salon who offer great service and are up to date with the latest trends.
