Gyg is always our go to for dinner! And this store keeps us coming back. Food is always fresh and reasonably fast. The guacamole is honestly amazing and nachos are my favourite:)

Was 5 Stars, but am changing it to 1 star as the service has gone over a cliff. Regularly wait an eternity for online orders.

Today, I waited in store over half an hour for my online order, despite having ordered it 10 mins before I arrived. Yet they are busy doing all of the Menulog and Uber orders. Cost me my entire lunch break. No apology, no refund, nothing. Food is often cold as a result of the delays, and chips are always underseasoned.

Getting sick of waiting so long for my order which is ready. They have no one giving out the food that has been ordered on the app. I wait patiently to be served but almost every-time I just have to say please give me my food it’s sitting right there. Under staffed and reading through these comments it’s the main issue with this store. Can’t believe it hasn’t been addressed yet. Take notes from Mt Lawley store.

Been eating here for years, best Mexican burrito place amongst the chains, I would say a touch better than mad mex and miles ahead of zambrero.

One rude staff at the store but the rest are amazing. I placed an order online order and wrote down my order number. Unfortunately my phone died so I left it at home for charging. But took my ID and wrote down the order number. The staff was not releasing my order for not having my phone. When I explained my situation she got a big attitude and gave my order as if it was given free by her.

Food was good but the customer service could have been much better, the cashier was unenthusiastic and lacked customer service skills, the food was good though.

Ordered burrito with Marlbel with chicken and Guacamole not to mention payed extra for it and got no chicken or guacamole in the burrito just vegetables, highly disappointing as been looking forward to having a burrito of my choice, and on top of this they didn’t let us use the bathroom facilities. Please learn mistakes and improve service, thank you:)

Food is reliable however the wait times are incredible! It’s a shame that Customers bothering to come in to the store have to compete with Uber Eats and alike - it’s a reason to only come occasionally when you are happy to wait 20mjns+ for an enchilada

I regularly order GYG off Menulog. There has been quite a few errors in the last, which have been quickly sorted by Menulog. Usually careless errors like forgetting chips, putting wrong ingredients in. However, tonight my bf and I had hands down the best burritos of our lives and reminded me why I still order from here. 100% recommend and whoever the chef was tonight deserves a raise

Come on guys. Waited ages to find out you lost my order then got home to find out half of it was missing. Seems your focus is purely on the delivery services now? Very disappointed.

I go here quite a lot and most times they forget to read what I don’t want in my meal. I order online and choose the option to have no pico, and they still don’t look at what I don’t want in my meal. I get home and have to literally take out the items myself. Pretty disappointed overall as it’s such a simple thing to do. Even on my sticker it says NO … and then I open my meal to find those ingredients in there. It’s extremely important because if people have food allergies then they could get pretty sick. If it keeps happening I’ll stop going here. Not worth the hassle

Initially gave this place 5 stars. However last 3 visits have been enough to stop us from going anywhere but our local Mt Lawley (which is great).

Food was still ok but waited a fair while. Ordered breakfast, hash browns came about 10 mins later, the quesadilla's came 10 min after that then tacos another 10 mins after that. Wasn't to busy either.

Just ordered a burrito each and took nearly 20 mins. Shop was quiet.

Will stick to Mt Lawley where food takes about 2 mins.

Wow…I have lived in Perth my whole life and I must say Guzman Y Gomez is the best Mexican chain to embrace Perth. I took along my family, we purchased three burritos and we were more than satisfied. The burritos were filling and the customer service was great. Considering the current circumstances, I was impressed with how seriously the staff considered hygiene and Covid precautions. I highly recommend them for a delicious lunch or dinner. Gracias y hasta la proxima.

So slow.took 25mins to get it and was cold.not impressed at all, going to the northbridge store in future.

I was very disappointed with the slow service as although it was a Saturday afternoon, it was not very busy and my daughter’s food took at least 15-20 minutes to arrive. I also ordered a dine in coffee which never arrived, so we left in disgust.
Finally out of the four toilets only one was available (two are staff) and the other one was out of order. Great work Guzman!

Food was excellent, the counter service was weird, we must have upset the person with the order, as the passive aggression was palpable, I am still weirded out by this. Overall, it was excellent and we will return.

Very disappointing experience at Guzman today. Don't know if the server was hard of hearing or has no idea what is on their menu. We had to repeat our order 3 times and she still got it wrong then overcharged us. She also got the next customer's order wrong. The "duty manager" was aggressive when I approached him for a refund of the overcharged amount.

I've eat out of there a couple of times I had breakfast & dinner if I was closer I'd use it more

Guzman y Gomez has the tastiest Mexican fast food in Perth. The ingredients are so fresh and healthy it tastes like quality, not fast food! I always order the hard shell chicken tacos, which is delicious and I highly recommend.

The restaurant itself is in a vibrant street in Leederville, with a nice and clean interior. Staff were friendly and I was able to quickly jump the line and pick up my order by placing it on the Guzman y Gomez app. I will come back again soon! Muchos gracias?

Nice and fresh, not the tired old stodge you used to get in Perth's Mexican restaurants. Lots of zingy lime juice in my tacos Worth repeat visits when we are back in Perth
