Don't waste your money, nearly $50 for 2 below average burritos. Extremely disappointed

Great and open area. The staff were really helpful and brought the food out super quickly. It was great quality and especially for fast food. Definitely Recommend

Don’t bother going here if you’re hungry. Ordered beef tacos but where’s the beef? Spoke to staff but they didn’t do anything about it. Absolute joke, poor service and no standards.

Food is always great. However service is consistently poor when picking up online orders - the staff clearly ignore waiting customers who have just arrived who want to check to see if their orders are ready / the app says are ready. Regularly, orders are sitting on the side and staff don’t bother to re-call the orders out. This needs to be addressed by the store as this impacts the customer experience in a negative way that could easily be fixed.

Had no nachos and wouldn't serve beer at 1040pm
Not sure what is wrong. Poor service. Been to many Guzman and they're normally good. Will never use Leederville again. Such a shambles. 4 very disappointed customers.

Paid for extra cheese on nachos because last time we had them they gave us little to none. Decided to give them another chance - still have given us the same amount. Money wasted.

Came in tonight to pick up an online order and despite the short wait the employees really took the time to apologise despite being very busy. Their service and professionalism is always great! Much deserved 5 star! The food is also so amazing as per usual! Thanks for a great dinner

I always try order online and pick it up but they can’t even do that.they prepared my order later than the estimated time and I was waiting in the pick up area but they didn’t even call my order number.took matter to my own hands and checked the bags that was sitting on the area.and voila there it was my order!

Honestly the manager is bambi on ice, the most uncoordinated staff members i’ve ever met in my life, couldn’t find a loaf in a bakery. Had to wait 45 minutes for 2 burritos to only be stolen by staff members and demolished on the table infront of us. What a shamble.there’s no more words other than ceebs.

Went to get a chicken burrito as I’ve had this in Melbourne many times. Unfortunately, this did not meet my expectations. The burrito was dry and packed with lots of dry rice and a minimal amount of chicken. Having this many times in Melbourne, I’m used to bitting into a juicy well sauced burrito packed with even amounts of meat.

Horrible experience from staff side. Long wait. No sorry no thank you. Dishonest to their jobs.

I would not give it even one star. Rude staff. My husband ordered online just now and waited for 10 min and then asked about order and they said its not ready yet. Then again waited for 20 min, he again then asked and they pulled the meal from-under the counter and was damm cold. Why not giving food when it was ready already. Staff said ‘as u wish’ take it or not. Staff smiling with each other. So unprofessional staff. Would not recommend it at all.

Love the food and the restaurant is clean. “Forgot” our order then gave us cold food. Seriously struggles to deal with dinner rush and online orders.

Rude and uncooperative staff. They gave me the wrong meat. As soon as i realised i took it back to the counter and informed them to which the staff responded " Well its a bit to late". I was shocked to hear this level of cheekyness for no given reason

Shocking service from the moment we went in. We received our main and waited over 10 mins for chips. A guy came round delivering chips to people like Santa delivering gifts. Staff just shrugged shoulders when I first asked where our chips were, and were too busy with online orders to look after people who had paid and dined in. Unfortunately I needed to use the bathroom. Bad move, it was FILTHY! There was about a week's worth of public toilet dried urine in the toilet bowl.ugh! I told the worker, but he couldn't care less. Maybe use my 15% Good Friday surcharge to buy a bottle of cleaning fluid for the bathroom. Avoid at all costs!

My little family and myself come here very often (almost every Thursday), because both my son and husband love it so much. We are very happy with the environment and how friendly all the staffs are to us with lots of smile too, there is nothing to stop us from not coming back for it. But every so often both my husband's and my orders would comes out not to our orders (such as he would wants it spicy on his n always turns out not spicy at all, as for mine. I asked for sour cream and no salsa on it.it turns out either nor). Please do keep up with your hard work!

This place was soo slow. 15 minutes to get a chicken burrito for dining in! Nobody handing out food that has been cooked.

Fast food, but tasty and cheap. Hell of a lot better than Macca's. Had a problem with an order and could complain through the app and they sorted it out (although it did take a few days). Good app ordering.

Ordered through Menulog Friday 21st of January 2022 at 6: 30 PM, food arrived at my house at 9PM. Was not being tracked on the app just arrived. After eating it I was sick, no doubt food had been sitting in the car for a while. Will never order from them again.

Average Mexican food at best. If you’re keen on a feed and it’s the last thing open, go nuts. If not, zambrero down the road is better.

Lack of veggies in the burrito and not a lot of content in the veggie bowl: (
