Unfortunately I wasn't able to experience the services at this establishment because I'm not a man. Even though I specifically wanted a service from a professional and qualified barber (a simple no. 1 head shave and fade) and not a hairdresser, I was still refused and told to go the the hairdresser across the road. If I thought a hairdresser could do a better job than a barber I obviously would have chosen to see a hairdresser. I often use barber shops around Perth and have never had an issue with being a female wanting a male haircut. The women in the shop (not realising how insulted I was) even made a joke about the situation being blatant discrimination and still didn't seem to understand the issue or seem at all phased about it. Thankfully I was kindly accepted by another barber just around the corner who was happy to take my money and show me some real hospitality and deliver a service regardless of my gender. After all a head's a head right? He even had some cool old nudie pics on the wall to keep it interesting. Very disapointing.

Went for a haircut and a beard trim and couldn’t have been happier with the friendly professional service I received. The only complaint I have is I waited 42 years to book in and get to enjoy the experience! I would definitely recommend

Had a facial massage, i accept she took out blackheads was really sweet and friendly but she left a black hard after giving force now its a week and that single black head is still there with alot inflammation and swelling. I respect the staff but the service was bad

Will not be back, booked a beard trim came out clean shaven no reimbursement, couldn't even get all the hair off my face for $140

I loved it here. My very first wax (back and shoulders). Highest possible recommendation. Her name was Kassi. Wonderful. Service was wonderful.

The service from everyone involved was very friendly and helpful but Phil my stylist was fantastic. Her knowledge, manner and advice regarding future styling were second to none. I’ve already booked ahead of time for my next cut. I highly recommend Guys Grooming for a professional and relaxing hair cut/styling experience.

My 14 yr old son needed a restyle. It was his first professional cut. The staff were absolutely wonderful and understanding. The interior was immaculate and our needs were met at every turn. Thank you Guys Grooming.

Great hair cut too

Recently went in for the Groomsmen package, which included a Hand Detail, Ear/Nose/Eyebrow Wax, Cut & Style and a beard style/throat shave. Staff were very friendly and professional, the package took 2hrs but did not feel like that amount of time had passed. 10/10 would highly recommend there services

Just out of quarantine and needed a good hair cut and style. Service was great as soon as I entered to the hair wash and finally great cut from Matt! Will definitely be back!

I came in a few days ago after a different place had messed up the style of hair cut i wanted. I saw a lovely woman at guys grooming who went above and beyond what I expected and fixed up my hair. Id highly recommend guys grooming to anyone.

Just had my hair done by Phil. What a wonderful job as usual. It’s nice to be treated like part of the family and have someone who really knows their craft do my hair. Outstanding service as always.

One of the only places I've found that really does offer an experience tailored for men. Grooming is the right words as they do so much more than cut hair. A little bit expensive for myself in terms of a monthly cut, though you do get a very relaxing hair wash for this price and the lovely girl that cut my hair did an excellent job. I will definitely be back as often as I can for a treat.

By far the best experience of my life they have helped me financially, emotionally and most of all visually went to my wedding looking like a king

Subpar massage from a British massage therapist and then none of the perks like being offered a drink like the other reviewers mentioned. Maybe just an off day for this business about a year ago pre-covid.

I've been coming here every 4 weeks for over 8 years, that should say it all. The staff are lovely and fun, often cheeky. The service is second to none and they are the best stylists no matter what you're after. Awesome genuine masseuses and body groomers too. One stop shop for all your style, relaxation and skin maintenance. I will never go anywhere else.

My last visit was terrible but I am giving 5 stars
as i don't want to let the place down just because of one bad experience i had out of all other visits, it was done on very rush manner, only took under 40 minutes when booked for hour, not attention to detail at all, very ordinary service never expect ever again.
