Incredible service by the team at Guys Grooming. I had booked an appointment for myself and my groomsmen for my wedding day and definitely chose the right place! 5star atmosphere and 5star service. Special shoutout to Rima (please forgive me if I got the name wrong) who took her time ensuring I had the best haircut for my wedding and to say I was impressed is a huge understatement!

The boys are already talking about coming back!

Gave a good cut of hair and beard. Was looking like a cave man, they sorted me out. Maybe a bit Pricey but top tier cut.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but I've been here 3 times now and every time has been great. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Always leave very pleased with my new haircut. Will definitely be back again.

If you have a little extra time and a need to look a little extra special, then this is where I go. For me it's hair, beard and mo so the trifecta. Oh and get there early, have a seat and maybe a drink and relax. The team is friendly, attentive and very good at what they do.

Rebecca trimmed & coloured my hair & beard. She was a treat to talk to providing good flowing conversation w that touch of vulnerability. Looking forward to going back to hear the sequel to her life. I was apprehensive about colouring my hair for the 1st time but the results were fantastic & would recommend anyone else who has thoughts about doing the same. No-one can tell the difference that I've had the greys taken away! Superb job Bec! X

I bought a package for my Fiancé and he used this in the last week. He really enjoyed the De-Stress massage, he said it was really good and calming! Which are quite descriptive words for him, so they must have been excellent.

I had an amazing experience at Guys Grooming today in preparation for my wedding tomorrow. Hair and beard styling by Lewis was great and I have some difficult beard hair to deal with. Keera was also awesome for treatments. Would highly recommend as the experience was professional, soothing and fun. Will definitely be back.

My wife came with me, was told very rudely to wait outside as there is intimate waxing taking place, surely the doors to each room are closed! I was going for a full body spray tan and would have preferred to have her chaperone seeing I had a female therapist not afforded the option! She was then offered a card to go get a coffee making it clear she wasn’t welcome to wait for me. Told to sit in a corner on an uncomfortable bench. Not to mention how pricey this place is. Not going to use this service again! Don’t recommend

You get what you pay for. Little more than the local barber. But your treated like royalty, chill with a complimentary beer while wait. Enough said

I'm sure you will find, as I did, that customer-centric doesn't even begin to capture the level of excellent service delivered by their exceptional team. I'm traveling from Texas and had no idea where to go for these services. I'm so glad I stumbled upon Guys Grooming. Set aside some time because you will not want to leave.

Dreadful experience - they cancelled my appointment less than 5-hrs prior & offered no alternative that day - I had arranged my whole day around the appointment. Shocking customer service.

Always a lovely place to relax, Matt is extremely good and makes wonders of my hair every time and the staff are all really friendly.

My partner came in on a Saturday. The owner treats her staff appallingly. Very cold and terse. I own a business myself and obviously have staff.

Top notch professional service from start to finish. Though it has been some time from my previous visit, the service levels are still 5 star. Care is taken to ensure you are comfortable and looked after every step of the package. Great place dedicated to everything a man needs and I will defo be back.

Had a haircut with Karl, nice guy but I was expecting a lot more for $70. I’ll go back to my $30 barber and get the same result

Not a “Brown”- guys grooming. The moment you enter this place you get, eyes rolling, bit of a taunt, very subtle and systematically thrown around, being made a fun of kind of a feeling.

If you try booking with the accent they will tell you straight away about the barber that you don’t want and it’s all booked and give you an apprentice to be dealt with to start with as an option.
Apparently, there is a form that tells them about your last haircut you had the information won’t be taken or recorded as seriously because I got a haircut that I never asked for today.
If you are a brown or any other coloured person. It will take barely 3-4 minutes (for a brown guy only) to get shampooed by an “apprentice” (since, you will never be a priority or a customer) and being told to move your head in a way that clearly have an underlying taunts (tone). For “”“other””” customers for shampooing only it takes way longer than that. They are being massaged properly, being talked to politely.

Further, The fact that you will be made to feel unwanted and waste of time as early as you enter, barber won’t want to talk to you even if you would want to make a conversation (not that I am a big fan of small talk) you will be replied by constant silent treatment. It’s being ongoing for almost since the time I had first haircut with them.
I used to think of it as misunderstanding from my part, sometime hairdryer would burn my scalp, sometime the water will be way too hot, sometime things you said will be twisted and thrown back to you.
Sorry Desi Guys, have some self respect and self esteem and read those not very subtle signs. They are all over. We have plenty of other barbers in the suburbs with no hefty parking fees and busy traffic.

Fantastic mens barber shop. Went in for a beard trim, they managed to fit me in with very short notice and trim quality was fantastic. Price is reasonable. Will return again. Thank you Guys Grooming team!

Been coming here for 13 years and I always walk out with a sweet haircut and feeling like a million bucks. Also: free whiskey.
