Grill'd Subiaco

We ordered a home delivery for four burgers and a drink. When it was delivered, there was no patty on two of the burgers and sparkling water also was missing. We called the grilled and they said they are sure that they had put the patties in the burgers and also the sparkling water. They didn't do anything about it and the lady who attended the phone was very rude and immature.

Never ever will order from grilled subiaco. That place is a mess.

Recently ordered some burgers from Grilled subiaco and when it was delivered, the patties were missing. We called the restaurant and they didn't even apologise and they claimed that the patties were in the burger when it left the restaurant. The lady who we talked to was extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never order from Grilled subiaco again.

Had a Simon Says today. Three words, small, not fresh and dry.
Chicken was super dry, bacon was tiny and cold, not even mention the cold and dry panini burger and non-fresh lettuce leaf. This experience overwhelmed my impression of Grill’d. Will DEFINITELY not come back again. Probably not even gonna eat burger at Grill’d again.

Burgers are great, the food is delicious.
However, this is the second time I eat here in the past 2 months and there is a canabis smell coming from the appartments above the terrace. I am not dinning in again. It is unpleasant to have the smell while you are eating, and for me personally just in general.

Absolutely delicious gourmet burgers and sides. Kind of really shows up the other hamburger chains. I love the place and the beautiful and so friendly service. I shall go tomorrow, I have made my choice after this review.

My husband and I first discovered your burgers at the Subiaco outlet and have been frequenting the place whenever we feel like having burgers. We both think they are the best burgers money can buy.
Last week for my birthday, we decided to visit the Applecross outlet. Boy, were we disappointed with the burgers and if that was our first time at tasting a Grill'd burger, there definitely would not be a second time.

If you think the staff service is good, wait until you try the burgers, salad and fries and the savings from the relish app is the cherry on top.

It was nice to spend time with family after a basketball finals match.
I loved my burger, lamb avocado and all the other trimings. I would recommend you try it.

Had an amazing time at this Grill'd, food arrived super fast, despite it being really busy! Restaurant was almost full and yet service was amazing and fast! All four burgers and chips arrived at the same time and all hot! Would highly recommend this Grill'd!

Vegetarian everyday grill, taste really like meat.really think at the first bite that it was meat burger, they serve wrong order! Haaa+ good as claimed

This is the most expensive burger on the menu! The Wagyu coming in at almost $17. Dont breath too hard or you might inhale it! Dont worry about sucking in lettuce either.there is none. They even have the audacity to print HEALTHY BURGERS all over the packaging. Save your money and time and just go to Jus burger.

Great food grilld. I really enjoryed my burg.er. The experience was ruined for me when the waitress said that my meat was from 100% Big Chungus. Nooooo! 1 Big Chunmgus! This cannot be possible!

Placed order, waited 10 minutes only to be told they’d missed my order? Wasn’t prioritized over other orders. When it arrived, chips weren’t cooked properly & burger just slapped together. Most disappointing

Everybody gets a 5 for my reviews. Unlike every other Grill’d I have ever been to this one was super sloppy and with poor service. I’m sure it was just an off day.

The Simple Hamburger was delicious. I would have been better satisfied if I'd been able to purchase Tea or Coffee

Average, service time wasn't great. My partner had finished her burger before mind even came out. Burnt chips, won't be returning

We waited a while for our food. The sweet potato chips were burnt and we asked for a replacement, which they did. The chicken burger (Caesars) the chicken patty was a tad too tough for my liking. Generally, still okay.
