Good burgers but service is hit and miss! The guy/girl/trans person with coloured hair had intellectual ability of 8 year old person. Nothing against you but if you can’t understand people’s dietary requirements then I suggest either you go do a course or don’t work in food industry.

Beer warm, Burger meat burned, sweet potato fries tasty, service quick, one crazy person sitting on the terasse annoying the whole restaurant not asked to leave

Shout out to grilled, friendly staff, great service and satisfying burgers! I had the baa baa burger, I recommend.

Every Monday there’s a special discount on vegetarian burgers. We’ll keep Monday dinners at Grill’d as a healthy recurrent appointment:)
Braeden was very helpful and suggested to add a selection of fries, sweet potatoes and zucchini baskets.

Food good, service with a smile but the Subiaco eatery is a bit concrete which is okay in summer but not so in winter.

Was wonderful to have lunch in! Grabbed the Chilli Addict with sweet potato chips. The chips were crispy and salted just enough, and the burger was juicy and tasted fantastic. All the staff was wonderful and attentive and made sure I was comfortable and made sure I was happy with my order! All and all, fantastic food and service!

This place never disappoints. Grilld is one of my favourite places to eat. The herbed mayo is just the best!

Usually pretty good but I was quite disappointed that we were turned away due to a "lack of staff" despite there being the usual compliment of 6 staff preparing and cooking food and online orders being prioritised over dine-in orders.

Managing workload is understandable but the staff appeared to opt for manic overreaction to no effect instead of making calm and considered decisions.

I will revisit this review within a few months with an updated appraisal.

Pretty average, dry and burnt bread, barely any filling in the actual burger itself, and wait times are quite long. Good thing the herbed mayo and chips are always consistent and decent.

Quite disappointing. Staff wearing gloves but touching face and receiving dirty plates only to go back to preparing food without changing gloves to clean ones

They got my take away order wrong and when I realised I was already 20klms away, not impressed, when I rang was told to put my complaint on their webpage.

Customer service was decent, but genuinely waited 35 minutes before we had to ask where our food was. Waited another 5, just to receive a dry burger with barely any sauce. Was just dry. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Grill’d experiences i’ve had.

Grilled are trying so hard with the GF option. I ordered the chicken bites and wedges. I'll try there gf bun and have a burger next time. Thank you Grilled, Subi.

Previously 5 star rated only to walk in for a meal and Manager guy wouldn't stop arguing about what we should and shouldn't eat. Ask him to just get on with the order but still wouldn't stop making his point about the argument over not giving an extra cup for kids chips so the kids can split in two was happy to pay extra to borrow an extra cup but wasn't possible because he said leave the shop!

Food was cold, table was dirty, asked for glasses twice then had to go get them myself, customer service is pretty poor unfortunately, won’t return to this place

Such a fantastic little restaurant, the fable mushroom burgers were delicious and the staff are just amazing, great work Grill'd!

Always has great burgers! Our favs are Chilli Addict and Zen Hen Clean seating areas and you can order from the table through the QR code. Get there early as parking can get scarce.

Burgers are good, I had the Simply Grill'd, I'm convinced they left the cheese off mine and miss's burgers. Good atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Let us reserve a table for a large group.
