OMG, they are fast, friendly, good pricing and didn't even wait more then 10minutes for our food. Food was fantastic

We usually get takeaway, but ate in on a Saturday night. As always food was very fresh and came out promptly. The service was very friendly and helpful. And even though it was in Scarborough on a Saturday night, as it's away from the 'party' end it was a nice family atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Staff very friendly. And helpful. Great location. Opposite the beach. Loved watching the stormy weather roll in.

I'm a fan of Grill'd. I love the burgers too much.
This time I got disappointed!

Not cooked enough.
Not the same taste actually was awful.

As we took away the food we didn't bother to take the food back due to the Covid19.2 of burgers went straight into the bin.

The darkish place, couldn't see what I was eating. The barman gave me two beers which was already a while ago. I noticed the beer on the upper fridge when I pop in.

You guys need to sort your App out. How can we order online with ETA to pick up, then make us all wait 40 mins outside for food. Surely your App knows when you are busy and can give accurate pick up times. So poor.

The staff are so accommodating. Kind and very patient. The food is always fresh yummy delicious and healthy/but unhealthy at the same time. And overall amazing views of the bwach if you are outside

The restaurant is poorly run in peak hours, accepting all the orders it can take without the capacity to delivery in time. Poor management, the restaurant folks were overwhelmed and dispatching quickly.

Usually a decent place, I had a pretty shocking experience last night. For allergy/dietary reasons I ordered the superpower salad which sounded pretty nice. I asked to have it without Spanish onion and beetroot. When it arrived, it came with both items in the salad (tinned beetroot and huge chunks of red onion, lucky I'm not allergic to them) and there was no dressing on the salad. So it was basically a bowl of plain lettuce leaves, three cherry tomatoes and a little pile of grated carrot and guac. When I asked to please have some dressing for my salad, they took my meal away and returned it swimming in olive oil which made it almost inedible and tasting terrible. I realise this isn't a salad restaurant and burgers are the specialty, but I felt really disappointed - don't put things on your menu if you can't do them (or follow instructions) and definitely don't charge $15 for it! I left so upset. Soured my experience, probably won't be back when there's so many other great options at Scarbs for less $.

Worst Grill'd burger I've had in Perth (or Melbourne). The burger was small (it looked more like a scone), the meat pattie was burnt and the top half of the bun was stale, as if it had not been stored in an air tight container. I love Grill'd, but absolutely will not be back to this store.

Ordered on Menulog. One of our chips was missing, burgers were a mess - tiny, burnt buns, overcooked meat, dry and sloppily put together with little to no mayo and relish. We got so dabbed on

Enjoyed the food. Though in both orders ingredients were missing as listed on menu.
Young guy was apologetic and mentioned they had new staff.
Premises nice and clean.

The customer service at the Scarborough location was some of the best I have ever received. Polite, professional and a sense of humor, these phenomenal team made our afternoon. We cannot wait to return and bring more friends to this amazing location.

No Service at all. If I paid nearly $50.00 for just poo looking burger, chips and, I would like to have some customer service.

Good burgers:) I had a really good experience with their new delivery services too! “Relish Club” I think it’s called. Quick and efficient.

I spoke to a manager before ordering one night and she was on point with her customer service.

Food was cold. Wagyu was chewy and dry.chicken was rubber. And they gave us half of someone else’s order.

Always busy restaurant and most likely Saturday and Sunday u need to wait for a while for order.

Burgers are ok. But the timing is awful. Me and some of my work mates, we try to go grill'd every friday, we only have 20 minutes break. We come here at opening time, and they never let us order straight away, today they let us in over 5 min after when we only got 20 min break. And they know it. I think if you see a tradie or someone that's working you should let him in even 2 min before i think is just common sense, and we are actually thinking to do not come here anymore, last times been gettin worst and worst.sometimes look like they do it on purpose, pleople letteraly do not think about the next one.and all this i think is only common sense.

My wife and I both had an enjoyable light lunch, we both had one of the new summer salads on offer. They also offer burgers, chips and alcohol is available with meals. It is casual and the staff were friendly and helpful. It took a little time to find parking as it was a great day for the beach and there were many people taking advantage of the perfect weather for the beach. The ocean is only a short walk from the establishment and is perfect after a day at the beach.

Good food but there are several tables that are dirty and need to be wiped down as their are bread crumbs everywhere.
