Grill'd Scarborough

I asked for water about 3 times and never gave me the water.the waiter has no customer service skills.tosser

The positive outweigh: it is grassfed, local beef, prices are friendly, and the young staff amazing!
However, my dinner wxperience here was aweful. The beef patty was dry and chewy, the sweet potatoes fries hang over the rim of the mini-basket and zucchini fries were totally overcooked disappearing in their heavy starch coating. All really bad, sorry.

They got the orders mixed up, didn’t deliver some things we ordered and brought our drinks at the end of the meal. Hopeless!

Base of bun was so rock hard it tasted like it was stale.
The zucchini chips you can tell were cooked a little too long and this could be cause you can tell the oil needs changing.
Not a great impression for WA grilld for a place I love to eat at all over Australia

The place was empty the food took 35 minutes the burgers were sloppy and we had to send fries sweet potatoes wedges back because they were cold there excuse under staffed? So bad.

Terrible service, no one trained at all. Ordered together, my partner finished his and I got my meal 40min and no apologies.

Find nice long black hairs in your burger. Yummy. Belligerent begrudging staff. The owner must be proud

Acceptable Grill’d. Service is ok and burgers are ok. Nothing to highlight but they are better than other classic fast food chains.

The burgers are qood quality! The side extras nice. Service is no service, youngsters that nobody train even basically.mistakes and errors. Placed nicely, near parking and sea view. Prices correct, well quality to price ratio! Bravo!

Im coming to you live sitting outside grill’d Scarborough. My friend and I just came here and ordered two lamb burgers. As we are devouring our meals, my friends jaw drops. She had opened her burger to take out the lamb, as she wasn’t vibing with the texture of the lamb and low and behold, A BEARD HAIR.

We call the waitress over and informed her of the recent event, in which she looked at us confused. She then proceeded to TAKE THE HAIR OFF THE BURGER and throw it away. My friend and I staring at her with the most confused, baffled and disgusted look. She responds to this with “so are you going to finish it…”.

Thats all i have to say.

This is one of the best grill'd restaurants around, can be tricky to find parking some nights. I wish they had the 2 loading bays setup as drive thru style pickup and stop people parking there while they eat

Great spot in Scarborough. Friendly staff with a yummy menu. Lots of parking in a beautiful beach location.

Considering the large number of amazing burger places recently opened in Scarborough, you'd think Grill'd would have picked up their game. I'll be trying out those other comparable options for future burger meals (looking at Hellburger and Brooklyn burger)

What is the point of ordering pick up if I'm still asked to stand ten minutes in the line waiting for the one person amongst the three available tills to figure out my preordered order? By the time I got the food home the chips had gone soft, presumably prepared as soon as I placed the order and placed in the takeaway fridge to await the burgers.

As a Grill'd member I chose to order burgers here in part due to the special offers. But I wasn't allowed to get the drink with the two burgers because I didn't do dine in, even though I still had to line up (did I mention the glacial processing line?) to pay. They didn't even ask if I was a member or give the bottle cap to charity.

I came in on Sunday night with my friends and witnessed how poorly the employees were being treated under harsh condition by the manager. The work environment felt toxic and made waiting for my takeaway very awkward. I even asked for lettuce in my burger and it wasnt there and it wasn't even written on my receipt.

We have had 4 burgers across Perth this week. Worst one by far. Meat over cooked and dry. Had the panini bun. We could not eat the top bun as was like a rock. Should have took the top home and use it for croutons in our salad.

Very disappointed, Only went into grill to use one of my relish member vouchers. Lady at the till started that i am unable to use it due to computer not recognising the voucher. (voucher is new not expired) She started to come and use it another day. Not happy:/

Food was nice and a spectacular location and venue, but ordering and receiving food was a nightmare. The waiter who took our order looked confused when we asked for items on the side and to remove certain items for the burger. Only when we received the burger everything was still in there so clearly they didn't take note of it.

When we received our Burgers the server didn't know which was which so we had to guess our Burgers in a party of 7 (i ended up with someone else burger). Just think the staff need to learn there stuff.

Awesome would like to see larger size burgers even if they cost more than the usual probably as an extra option since the serving is a tad small

There was only 3 other people there when we arrived today and we waited 25m for our food, my partner had finished theirs before mine had even arrived. Staff didn't seem to care at all. We usually love the burgers but they were both super bland. Won't be back

Ordered through the Grill'd app, $74 worth of burgers, drinks and chips. Only 3 items arrived and on calling we were told it was Menu Logs fault s they handle all deliveries. The could not contact the driver, they could not send out replacement items in another menulog as that was against policy and didn't integrate with their system.

The only option we were afforded, in not a very professional manner, was to order the food again, spend another $74 on burgers and then apply for a refund which might or might not be approved in ten working days.

Food was average but the service will make sure I don't order from here again and I would urge you to do the same.
