Worse phone service, either they put you on hold and forget about you or they've forgotten to hang the phone back up and so the line is always busy

Listening to Mark McGowan we ordered take away for 3 at Grilld Clarkson. The vegetarian Beyond burger is delicious but we were shocked about the price for our order. 3 burgers, 2 chips and 2 sauce delivered. The order cost us $90! I'm still in shock! The order came almost cold, sauces were forgotten and the large chips we wanted to share turned out to be pretty small. Last order ever for me!

Ordered from Grill'd ocean keys today for the first time in a year or more, boy did i regret it.the buns are smaller and the patty was so dry around the edges was like eating cardboard, very overcooked burger.never again

Management needs to work on all round cleanliness.
Meals are always good but the few times I’ve dined in tables have been sticky with crumbs, and crumbs on the seats. The table also smelled funky.
And into the toilet it is pretty feral.guys all you gotta do it pour bleach in the toilet every avo before close then flush it the next morning.makes a huge difference! And mop the floor every afternoon while you’re at it

I would give no stars if I could, last time I ordered it were as if the chips were crumbed in salt. Inedible.

This time food took an hour and a half and cold, paid $2.40 extra for my beyond patty but got a veggie patty instead.bought zucchini chips, there were 4.

The food sucked.

Tasty burgers but do not enjoy dining in.
The past 2 times I have eaten here, a member of staff has started sweeping the floor of the restaurant while people were eating, then serving food after sweeping without washing there hands.
Also, the windows/doors are filthy and look like they have nevered been cleaned. Much prefer driving to the one in Joondalup, better atmosphere.

Ordered a BBQ burger, told there was only low carb or vegan bun available, ordered the low carbon with a bottle of rogers ale, all up came to $26. Took about half hour to cook whats pictured which was demolished in less than 5 minutes. Left the bottle of Rogers half empty & went to use the loo, came back all cleaned up. So didn't even finish drink, when just saw staff counting a stack of $50's then asked if everything was ok? Disappointed for such high prices and sub standard food. Food Retailers are just out like leaches to suck you dry. HJ's was next after all that, even that was disappointing for price. Is this the new norm for bang for buck with almost everything purchased nowadays?

Staff were lovely.
I think Grilled Ocean keys need to pick up their game with reference to hygiene. Tables were sticky as usual and the rest room was absolutely disgusting.

Order was delivered incomplete thru uber. A whole meal was missing. Manager refused to fix the problem. Will never order from them again.

Very ordinary and bland food.i ate here once, and my brother ate here too, and we both agreed that there are far better burgers for cheaper.

After an hour food left in the rain, no bell or knock. Beligerant staff. No manager. No respect. Wasted money! Ruined my night. And Quite happily so. Sadly hungry jacks won out! Price and service 100% from quality I ordered to fast food. Nicely done grilld.

Ordered food through menulog at 5pm, It is now 6.30pm and no sign of food through Menulog. Rang restaurant and spoke to Olivia (What a legend). Food had been sitting there for sometime and driver still 9 min away. She just organised having the meal remade so we could get our order fresh. What a breath of fresh air. That is a service I have not come across in a long time and I think deserves 5 stars and a mention. Thank you Olivia and Grill'd for your amazing customer service!

Spacious, good vibe, good staff. Prices are to good, caters to almost any dietary requirement. Been back more then once and will continue to visit.

Loved Grill'd. Tasty and reasonably healthy. Had takeaway at height of COVID and after asking my name got home to a note on the side of the bag. " Thanks for supporting us Jon". Those little things means a lot.

Standard Grill'd, enjoyable burgers. Dine in and takeaway usually a good experience. I would caution against ordering through menulog. Food took two hours to be delivered 4km away. Whilst this isn't the resteraunts fault, you think they would have had the common sense not to dispatch luke warm soggy food that looks and feel's like it's been pulled out of the dumpster

Friendly staff and great service, wonderful to see they are adhering to social distancing guidelines as well.

Amazing place, delicious burgers seriously the best I’ve ever had. Can be pricey but I’d recommend getting a big kids burgers there’s hamburger and chicken same size burger you just get less veges and salad and delicious chips for 12.50$. 5/5 definitely

Please if you have an order of more than two burgers (we ordered 9) label them. So you’re customers can enjoy their food warm and not worry about allergies, which may result in anaphylactic shock, after having to look through each burger to make sure we all had the correct order
